喜欢: The location was lovely, the setting of the site is absolutely stunning. Pizza van on the Saturday night was fantastic!

不喜欢: There was an enormous group staying at the same time which really dominated the entire place. They were quite loud (understandable given the number!) but the owners didn’t seem to do much about this.
If we’d known in advance we would have asked to be in the back field where it was a bit quieter. Facilities are fairly limited, whilst there is a freezer for ice blocks, this is only accessible at certain times of the day, not ideal if you’re out and about.

喜欢: Great hosts.
Large pitches. Lots of room in second field.
New toilet/shower facilities were good.
Lovely location and scenery although you do need transport as local facilities are a good 30 minute plus walk although small onside shop for most basics.

不喜欢: Water taps are long way from furthest pitches. Would be more convenient th have some more spread out.
First field was very crowded on this weekend.

喜欢: A lovely site. Staff were welcoming and professional, had a lovely chat.
Plenty of space and large pitches. Clean toilets and showers, plenty hot water.
Had a fantastic stay, despite the thunderstorm and the rain, but that's the UK. We will be staying again

喜欢: Site layout, plenty of space & open field.
Shop on site
Close to Tattenhall Village
Marina & Ice Cream factory
Will definitely return to this site

不喜欢: Due to recent rain there was some flooding.
Suggestion - 1- children climbing frame, play area would be nice.
2- Turning area at the end of the gravel path to encourage cars & caravans to stay off the water logged grass.

We designed the layout to enable children to be able to enjoy the space and so glad you like it - it's lovely to watch them play rounders or football when they've all made friends.
The weather had not been kind and following United Utilities damaging our field drains the water had no where to go. Apologies for this and all being well they are repairing the damage this week and should be back to normal.
