不喜欢 Rather noisy at times with someone's radio blasting out. All quiet by 10:30 as per rules so acceptable

喜欢 Great camp site with amazing host
Jane couldn't be any nicer if she tried was great to see her bringing the grandchildren to help her proper family run

The site is one of best I've stayed on in the sense of the location is just far enough away from town to relax in the countryside but also close enough to nip back when you forget stuff which we did 😂

The showers and toilets where nice and clean which is good to see as most just have a porta loo

This has become are new local campsite we are back again this weekend

Had to wait for the shower and toilet and the camp site wasn’t even full

When I had a chat with you both on Friday evening you seemed more than happy with the campsite?
I’m not sure what you were actually expecting from a pop up campsite on a working farm that is only open 60 days a year.
May I suggest, you steer clear of pop up sites and look at larger campsites which offer more permanent facilities, obviously though you would have to pay more than £8.50 per person per night.

喜欢 Wow what a great little find this was! It was so nice and peaceful with beautiful views. The facilities were spotless, well stocked and had little added extras such as shower gel, feminine products and washing up liquid. Jane was so helpful and welcoming, providing us with firepits and making sure everyone had a great camping experience. It was so nice to meet her lovely little family as well. Can’t wait to come back xxx

喜欢 Love this campsite second visit love the peace and quiet and Jane is so welcoming had a lovely campfire and felt very safe will be returning.

喜欢 It's just one medium sized field so even if it was busy there still isn't too many other people around. It shares a fence with a lovely pub that serves delicious food and you can book tables! The toilets in the campsite were very clean and well stocked and it was quiet on a night. The light pollution is very minimal so where the sky is clear you can see lots of stars.

不喜欢 It turns out there was a storm when we stayed but it is a very open campsite location wise and I wonder if it's always quite windy because of that. Meant there's great far views in all directions though!

喜欢 Brilliant location- Great acess to walking paths to the pennine way and along the river to Craggs. Pub next door is so convenient and does lovely food.
The site is so clean and the owners very friendly, come round every day. Facilities good, water always hot and little extras provided eg wash up liquids.
Fire pits provided
