喜欢 Very small site at the edge of the forest with great views across the valley. Very peaceful and relaxing. Good sized pitches, all on hard standing, each with electric and water. Lovely quirky shower/ toilet block with Molton Brown hand soap! Stayed for one night but will be back as sadly too cloudy to stargaze.

The best time for star gazing is definitely when it is cold in February and we really do get some spectacular night sky’s.

喜欢 Beautiful site, lovely views and easily accessible to all Kielder has to offer. Loved the rustic cabin with showers, toilets and washing facilities.

Washer and dryer available to use
Lots of information and first aid kit in red phone box. Attention to detail. 5 mins walk to kielder and beautiful scenery. Quiet good nights sleep

This is what we try to share with all of our guests, top quality shower and laundry block, large level fully serviced hard standings pitches with fantastic views of beautiful countryside in peace and quiet with only seven pitches.
Yes we can get midges in the evening, but we also have the swallows, housemartins, swifts and bats that do a great job in keeping them in check.

喜欢 Lovely site, very quiet and facilities were very clean.Lovely hot showers would definitely return .Only problem was wifi was intermittent Lovely and close to Kielder reservoir for walking or cycling

Woodland, peaceful area.
Lovely views

不喜欢 All hard standing, a bit of softening with more vegetation would be nice.
Quite exposed - was very windy that night.

Regards the hard standings that are constructed of all weather materials to allow for all year round use without having to worry about mud or grass cutting being walked in to caravan/motorhome, there is well kept grass directly in front of each pitch.

喜欢 Site was well maintained with great views.
The facilities were very good and clean.
Close to local pub and easy to reach walks.
