喜欢: Return visit to The Alders. Camping without the tent. Lovely camp site with extremely clean facilities.
Pods are warm and have a heater provided if it does become cold. The space in front of the pods is safe for children to play and have a great shelter with tables and seating.

喜欢: Massive pitch, lovely staff. Nice and well kept grounds. Clean facilities. Even enjoyed being woken up by the cows mooing on other side of fence 😂

Convenient access and leaving.
Clean toilet block. Never needed to wait even with a full site.

喜欢: Large, well maintained site divided by trees into smaller areas. Lots of room between pitches.
Lovely quiet site on a farm with cows roaming in fields.
Cafe on site open Thursday - Sunday very good coffee and food. Busy with cyclists. Local pub serving good home cooked food 5min walk. Buses /park and ride into York 10 mins away in car.

喜欢: We really enjoyed our recent stay at The Alders Caravan Park. We stayed in one of the smaller pods as a family of three and found the space absolutely fine. The pod was lovely and clean, with a small lamp and heater (there are two plugs inside the pod). The area where the pod was located was peaceful and well-situated, offering privacy with surrounding trees. Each pod has its own picnic table, and parking is just a few steps away—which I appreciated, as it added a level of safety for my daughter to play without worrying about vehicles.

The staff and owners of the park were very helpful and welcoming.
The facilities were some of the best I've seen. I especially liked the privacy of the family bathrooms, which were always clean.

My daughter loved the drive into the park with the calves and cows, this made the start of stay extra special/exciting for her.

The stay was a small drive into York or to a park and ride. Location wise and price you really couldn't complain!

不喜欢: The facilities were a walk away from the pods, I was aware of this before booking and wasn't anything I wasn't expecting.. but if I had to comment on anything it would be closer toilets for the night time toilet trips with child.
