In general the site wasn’t for me even location was perfect.

喜欢: The enclosed pitch was fabulous for privacy. The facilities were clean.
不喜欢: I disliked the showers, a) not enough of them and b) having to press the tap to get water every ten seconds was bloody frustrating in a shower!!! The tap pressing was implemented throughout all faucets i.e., washing up area, hand basins etc.

Beautiful campsite with lots of walks & great food next door

喜欢: Loved the surrounding views, campsite is very well kept, facilities are spotless. Lots of local walks. Knights Table next door is highly recommended for food.
不喜欢: There are only 3 showers, so can imagine it gets busy during peak season.

喜欢: good location, great bar and restaurant clean site good showers and toilets very helpful staff at reception. great river walk and village nearby with pub.
不喜欢: very uneven hardstanding pitch under trees, should really separate tents from motorhomes and caravans only due to maneureving in and out of pitch. Bit too isolated for us from towns great for a short stay. Really BAD t.v. reception. otherwise pleasent stay apart from bad weather.

喜欢: WOW what a find. First class from the moment we arrived to the point we left. Really relaxing, friendly, clean site. We stayed two nights on a grassed pitch with hook up. Even sampled the food and drink at the Knights Table on site for Sunday lunch which was also first class. We will definitely be back with friends. Thankyou

喜欢: Size of electric tent pitches, plenty of room to pitch and still have space from neighbours pitch.
Bathrooms were cleaned regularly.
Playground was within eyesight of most grass tent pitches to keep an eye on children playing.
不喜欢: Only 3 showers for a sizable site, could be waiting at peak times.
