Quiet in the evening
The girls in the cafe were lovely and helpful.

不喜欢 Toilets and showers were disgusting.
Washing up area disgusting, rubbish piled up, no light. Wasn’t cleaned in the 3 days we were there.

Other campers are good to chat too
Plenty of bikes (obviously)

不喜欢 Trains running past all night but arent loud enough to wake you up once your asleep

Electric £5 minimum on card (15kw i think) only used 1.61kw with running fridge freezer, kettle etc, so could reasonably include it for free.

喜欢 Atmosphere. Location to Leeds. Easy to reach. Cafe/bar on site. Large pitches with no additional costs for dogs or awning. Friendly staff

不喜欢 Trying to leave the site. Had to park at the gate and walk down to cafe for them to come and unlock the gate this caused congestion to the site exit

不喜欢 This site needs upgrading I have stayed here quite a few times sometimes on motorbike with tent this timebwith my camper van it seems there is a lack of investment only one male and female shower during the week which are in a bad state of repair such a shame as it’s in a good location sadly may not stay again as there is far better for same money ☹️
