喜欢 The peaceful atmosphere on site. Even with every pitch booked it was well quiet.
The location, a short walk to the village shop & The Crown pub.

不喜欢 The toilets/showers aren't the best but satisfactory. Appreciate a new shower block is under construction.

喜欢 Clear instructions to find pitch and lovely peaceful and dog friendly campsite!

不喜欢 One toilet and shower for the pitches on the right and side is quite difficult and could have been cleaner but the other toilet block was much better!

来自经理: Thank you for leaving us a review, I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your stay with us. Not sure how the toilets are dark and dingy unless you didn't turn the lights on :-@ and our new shower block is currently under construction. :-)

喜欢 Pitches are large and flat, grass was well maintained, the site is so peaceful. Lots of dog friendly walks nearby. Communication from the site prior to arrival was good, we knew to ignore the road closed sign and which pitch we were on. Communication since visiting with the site has been really good too as I had some feedback to provide.
We walked into Richmond which was nice and also into the village. If you head of of the village you will come to the Farmers Arms which served lovely food and had a really nice beer garden.

不喜欢 Issues with the external cleaning company not turning up which have been brought to the owners attention and have been followed up on.

不喜欢 Toilets and shower primitive, approach road to site closed but no prior notification, strong smell of sewage from the site treatment plant.

All our facilities are shown on the pitchup site for you to view before you book to stay with us so you can make an informed decision as to whether you a happy to use them or not. I can only apologise that I must have missed messaging you regarding the road closures.
I'm sorry you could smell the septic tank, this is not something that has been mentioned before, if you had contacted us during your five night stay we could have looked into this while you were still here. :-(
