喜欢: Absolutely loved this campsite!
Great location, and the fields are massive!
Very clean and tidy!
The farmer/owner was lovely aswell!
You are right next to a main road but honestly because the fields are that big you hardly notice the cars going by, we were the only ones camping there but even if there were a lot of people camping there is 4 different fields to choose from so you would never be on top of each other!
This camp site is a lovely little gem with 2 porter loos, a tap and a shower(cold water only as the hot wasn’t up and running yet, but we go camping all the time and always take body wipes etc as we like the idea of ruff camping(we don’t go camping to stay at the rits)
So peaceful and quiet and our kids 6,3 and 1 absolutely loved being able to run around and play football whenever they wanted.
Thanks again for a brilliant stay.

不喜欢: The only one thing I would have to say is it doesn’t have any bins so we did just have to leave our rubbish bagged up on the grass as we didn’t have enough room in our car to take it home with us.

喜欢: Quiet site not that far from the prom. Lovely big open space for kids to enjoy and run around, everyone on the site was really friendly and polite. The site did get busy but airshow was on and there was a car boot sale in the next field on Sunday morning which was great. The site is close to Tesco, a garage, home bargains and Asda.

不喜欢: The potholes that done my ankle in 🤣

喜欢: That there was no restriction on size of tent.
Not over crowded.
Staff was friendly.
Dogs allowed.

不喜欢: I really didn’t like that the grass was cut short, it was literally a farmers field with grass that had just be trampled on to flatten. Made it hard work with young children as they kept falling over and wasn’t really able to play activities with them.

不喜欢: Shower was not yet operational, however this was irrelevant to us as we were local

喜欢: Beautiful spot with lovely views and the site was nice and quiet. A nice safe area for the kids to play with a wood next door. The amenities are basic but we went expecting this. Ground nice and flat and soft for tent and pegs.

不喜欢: The entrance to the field could do with a mirror to see the road on exiting.

不喜欢: The grass was overgrown, no water source and wasnt signposted very well as it looks like your going on to a random field

来自经理: Responding to the customer disliked comment our campsite has 3 fresh water supply taps. On arrival we ask our customers to come to the farm which is well sign posted so that we can show them which field they can pitch their tents. Every year the field's are cut and rolled and well maintained at High Woodifield you have the freedom and beauty of wild camping plus the convenience of near by shops.

喜欢: Very helpful owner, unfortunately the ground was too soft for our small campervan. The owner pulled us out of the mud and gave a full refund due us unable to continue our stay. Only gave two stars at was £30 a night and the only facility was a portaloo, no disposal options of any kind. Fresh water tap was in another field. It is worth £5 a night. And if it was I'd give 5 stars. For a pop up campsite charging higher than a fully equipped campsite was not appealing to us.

来自经理: In response to our latest review, on the Pitchup website nothing is advertised that is not available on the site and this allows customers to know exactly what to expect prior to booking. However, I believe our site has been massively underrated by the customer. We offer immaculate cleanliness with our facilities and the water tap is nearby. The site is in a beautiful, unspoilt location. It is not our policy to give full refunds owing to adverse weather conditions, however we felt compelled and a little disappointed that the customers were not going to appreciate what the area has to offer.
