喜欢: The site is very well kept and laid out, facilities very clean and our pitch was spacious and level. This was our second visit to Polstead Country Park which is perfect for walking, visiting the towns and villages nearby or just relaxing. We'll definitely be booking again soon :)

喜欢: Clean showers and facilities, Managers very helpful. Quiet site with plenty of privacy hedging. Loads of local walks - Reception can provide details and a lovely pub nearby. Walked into Hadleigh and got a bus back that took you right near the site.

Pretty Suffolk villages to explore include Kersey (five minutes’ drive) with its half-timbered houses and thatched cottages, while Lavenham (20 minutes) has a stunning guildhall and fine 14th-century church. For a bit of a date night, Ipswich (25 minutes) has lots of bars and restaurants along its lively waterfront, as well as a theatre and cinema. There are pretty country yomps along the River Stour to Flatford Mill (25 minutes) and Dedham Vale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (20 minutes) in Constable Country. You can see another artist’s house on the walking trail from National Trust-owned Melford Hall (20 minutes) to Sudbury (15 minutes), which takes in three old water mills and Thomas Gainsborough’s house en route. Looking for animal encounters on your rural break? Feed lambs (in season), groom horses and cuddle up to friendly donkeys at Baylham House Rare Breeds Farm, or get up close to the reptiles, creepy crawlies and butterflies at Jimmy’s Farm and Wildlife Park (both half an hour). Or how about touring a couple of local vineyards? Giffords Hall (half an hour) and Burnt House (45 minutes) are both open for tours and tastings – it’s best to book in advance.

入住

到店和离店

单元将于到店时分配。
如若延迟到店，必须尽快告知公园。您的订单将保留 24 小时。24 小时后管理人员有权重新出租您预订的单元。
如遇恶劣天气、延迟到店或提前离店，不予退款/打折。

安全

严禁明火。
可以烧烤，但必须搭建架子远离地面，且始终有成人看守。

接待处

接待处17:00下班。如果您预计在此时间之后到店，请在路上告知公园，以便团队提供有关您的露营单元/场地的信息。

狗

导盲犬可入内，不收取费用。
必须给狗系牵引绳并随时看管。
营地不允许携带《危险犬类法》中所列的犬类/杂交种。

访客

访客禁止进入营地。

车辆

从00:00至05:30不得有车辆运行。
商用车（用于工作相关用途（载货或搭载付费乘客）的车辆）和车身有广告的车辆不得入内。
装置长度不允许超过8米。

通用条款

从23:00}到07:00为安静时间，请务必遵守。
如需投诉，请立即告知接待处。如果您在入住期间未将投诉传达给管理人员，您离开营地后投诉将不予受理。
播放收音机、音乐播放器和电视播放器必须使用低音量。开关车门和车后行李箱时亦需轻声。
管理人员保留拒绝言行不当的宾客入内或终止其入住的权利。款项不予退还。
订单具名，不得转让。

18岁以下孩童不得进入营地。
在接待处登记之后方可入内。
所有在公园留宿的宾客必须于接待处出示身份证件并在登记表上签字。

露营单元

搭建帐篷/露营单元及相关设备时必须遵循管理人员指示。
除非事先与管理人员商定，否则单元内应时刻有人。如有相关需求请告知接待处，营地可能会对无人看守的单元收取一定费用。
