喜欢: Friendly owner, field was well maintained.

不喜欢: Shower could have been better, water was hot but showerhead was poor and no shower curtain meant water went all over the floor and into my shoes. Nothing to dry hands on after washing them.

喜欢: Beautiful peaceful retreat. So quiet with wonderful rural lane walks through countryside. Host was absolutely lovely and invited us to his family bbq and we joined in with the live music. It is very rural and an hours walk to nearest pub but this is one of its charms. Without dogs it meant we could relax without any barking

不喜欢: Only thing i would say is that if it had been full up their are only 3 showers working.

喜欢: Small site, adults only and a good sized pitch

不喜欢: We were one of 4 pitches in the middle of the field, would have preferred a pitch around the edge.
Shower ran out of water half way through.

喜欢: Great site very flat and spacious allocated pitches. Toilets and showers were of a good standard and the site was very peaceful.
The owners arranged a BBQ and entertainment for the Sunday of the bank holiday weekend, which was great fun and very friendly. Good music very well sung by Janet, and plentiful BBQ cooked by Alan, the owners of the site.

Very friendly site - would definitely visit again.

喜欢: Lovely quiet site, lady at reception seemed nice but other than booking in; didn’t really deal with her. Facilities were good, basic but adequate and had good size pitches.

不喜欢: Only downside is that the toilets don’t have any hand dryers/ hand towels.

Quite.
loos and showers perfectly serviceable (few more hooks please :)
Owners were lovely and helpful.
Nice footpaths to Rumburgh(4miles) and Halesworth(2.5miles)

不喜欢: nothing about the site.
local pub closed its doors early on us as we approached. Go to the one in Rumburgh.

Dear Sirs/Madam,
This is NOT the Ritz hotel in London, we are a quiet countryside campsite, I would NEVER flood the site with lights at night and spoil the beautiful night sky. Facilities are basis and adequate, that is all they will ever be. Majority of our campers understand this and appreciate the site for what it has to offer, just read majority of our 10/10 reviews on Pitchup.com

Owners lovely, couldn't do enough for you. We arrived a day later than our friends but a neighbouring pitch had been saved for us. Site lovely and quiet . No shop but towns nearby. Only one male and female toilet/shower but this didn't cause us any issues and I believe is being rectified in the future . Would definitely stay again
