喜欢 I didn’t end up staying at this site due to an error in booking.

不喜欢 Customer service was appalling. Due an error in booking, I asked to amend the date of the stay immediately after booking. I accepted this might not be possible but the manner in which they handled the request was appalling. I complained to the managed and, after acknowledging the complaint, they have not yet responded any further. Do not book.

喜欢 Beautiful campsite with very friendly and accommodating staff, felt very welcome from start to finish. The toilets and shower block is very clean and tidy with ample room. The onsite shop caters for all essentials and more for what you may need (or have forgotten).

The surrounding woodland and camp area is kept very clean and tidy. This makes for a very safe and enjoyable place to stay for the day. The city centre is a 10 minute drive away with plenty of places to eat and drink.

Watersports are on your doorstep too. We will definitely be back to stay.

不喜欢 There is no WiFi, which not being essential, is handy to have.
You do get a good signal though, so not too much of a problem.

喜欢 We stayed in the cabin it was perfect for our needs and very comfortable for our party of 4.

不喜欢 The sheets for the spare bed could have been cleaner. And the kitchen needed a colander but everything else perfect.

不喜欢 Terrible customer service, as Ben k states in another review. Don’t try and call because they barely answer. Seems to be ran be some very rude teens who have no clue about customer service! Two emails have been sent to try and deal with the matter but heard nothing back. Made a mistake in a booking , contacted the campsite almost straight away to try and simply amend the dates , was told that there was nothing they can do so was forced to re book and had an unpleasant stay due to 20-25 kids on a school trip being loud , kicking footballs and throwing frisbees , which came very close to hitting my partner. Barring in mind we also had a newborn with us, nothing was done about this. So much for a chilled out campsite! I’ve now lost out on £50 due to their failure to complete such a simple task! Don’t recommend, will never visit again!

喜欢 Lovely campsite! The staff were really friendly and helpful when we arrived. The toilet and showers were great - very spacious and clean.
We enjoyed the cafe and broad being so close, so we could go for a walk and get a bit to eat without having to drive anywhere.
