喜欢 Absolutely beautiful place with friendly people! The price was amazing and Rachel also let me charge my E-bike batter in the camper's kitchen. A perfect stop off along Peddars Way! Slept sound surrounded by the wonderful sounds of the country (deer barking, multiple owl species, waterfowl, chickens), and watched a fantastic display of swifts at 5am. HEAVEN.

喜欢 Lovely and peaceful for a working farm and stunning views, brilliant hosts, even got a go on a row boat on the lake

不喜欢 The only down side was 1 toilet for all pitches and having to wait quite some time.

喜欢 Facilities and Scenery were fabulous and definitely worth the low price of £15 per night. Would go again if I had a reason to visit Kings Lynn. Washing machine, microwave, kettle, fridge, washing up facilities, toilet and shower were brilliant, always clean and rarely had to wait to use them. Water hose and electric hook up at every site were very convenient. Fire pits provided and wood available to buy (£5 per bag) was a nice touch. Absolutely awful phone signal but we saw that as a positive!

不喜欢 Unfortunately the hosts really let us down. Their animals caused us a lot of distress (we were followed and intimidated by a bull and some cows and their little jack russell came to find us at 10pm because she could not find her owners - our “hosts” who had left the site for multiple hours). Very disappointing to find that despite being told we were very welcome to contact Rachel for help, she had gone away for a wedding in Yorkshire which she did not mention at check in, meaning she could not actually help us with the dog situation.

We also struggled to find much to do, although this can be expected when staying in the country. There are walks to local pubs etc on the notice board, but these are quite difficult hikes through wheat fields and rewilding sites, which we did not feel comfortable walking through after being part of a cow stand off!

Although we did not have any small children with us, we would definitely say this site is NOT child friendly, as there is a large lake very close to the site with no fencing, and potentially aggressive animals nearby.

More minor points:
- only one toilet
- £1 per shower (almost unlimited duration)
- unlevel pitches
- long walk to toilet/shower/kitchen
- loud animals all night
- no wifi mentioned at all
- not much info given at check in

喜欢 Gorgeous stay in my little van for one night under a tree which was perfect for me. I will book here again and stay a little longer. Everything you need and a very peaceful stay.
