喜欢: For us a gem of a find, A small peaceful, well maintained site, pitches large and private. Toilets amd showers really good and more importantly really clean, communal kitchen with fridge/freezer.
Hire of fire pits available!
Can clearly see the pride that goes into the maintenance of this site.
The host even offered all campers to go into her own house during the huge storm lFriday 13th June during the early hours.
Will definitely go back.

喜欢: Friendly owners Anissa and Kevin are very helpful and are always at hand by means of a phone call should you need something.
We stayed in the Bumblebee Pod that was clean and well stocked with all you need for the stay ie: bedding, towels, cooking utensils, cups, plates, cutlery etc. plus tea bags, coffee, sugar and even milk in the fridge plus a bottle of Prosecco was on the table.
The pod did not have a toilet but the personal toilet shower room was just a few meters away.
the Bumblebee pod was set in it's own large private area (as is all pods and most pitches) surrounded by bushes and fencing we loved the privacy.
The Wildings is a great place to be if you like star gazing and astro photography (weather permitting) it is in a fairly dark sky area with very little light pollution. We had a long clear night on our first night and I manage to take 3 hours of Nebula photos for staking. A firepit is supplied with the Bumblebee pod, other pods and campers can hire them. Fuel logs etc and even marshmallows can be purchased on site.
This is a great friendly site and we will come back again.

不喜欢: The smoke from some of the fire pits was a bit of a nuisance once or twice but that all depended on the wind direction. It did not spoil our 3 night stay.

喜欢: Great place, would highly recommend it if you're looking for peace and quiet in a scenic location. We stayed in 'Bumblebee' pod which is ideal for two people and a small dog. The pod is located in its own private area with an outside cooking spot, fire pit and seating. The pod itself is very compact but comes equipped with everything you need. It is fully insulated and even has underfloor heating should you require it. We did find a couple of 8 legged friends had taken up residence inside the pod but this is to be expected given the rural location. Quickly released into the garden and no further issues. The private bathroom is located in the shower/toliet block which is a 60 second walk from the pod along a well maintained garden path. Also, the staff and owners are very friendly and helpful. Overall if you're looking to wake up every day to birdsong and sunshine this is the place for you.

喜欢: Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here at The Wildings, such a beautiful location and very peaceful.
I stayed in one of the Shepherds huts which was really nicely appointed with everything you could possibly need.
On arrival the hosts Anissa and Kevin had already lit the wood burning stove making it really warm and cosy.
This is such a great place to stay and very welcoming . I cannot recommend it highly enough.

喜欢: We enjoyed everything about this campsite. Each plot is really spaced out which was lovely, had our own private space separated by shrubs an hedges. The sites really quiet an peaceful, with plenty of wildlife. The staff were great, really friendly an helpful.

Close to a pub serving meals and only a short distance by bike to the town. Couldn't be better...

喜欢: - Amazing serene setting in the wilderness of Norfolk
- Lovely big pitch
- Clean comfortable facilities
- Lots of extras in the kitchen, fridge etc
- Sounds of nature
- Friendly helpful owners
- Toasting over a firepit gazing at the stars.
- Location wise really easy to drive to different hotspots of Norfolk / Suffolk.
- Would recommend the Flint Vineyard tasting / tour nearby.
