peaceful camp.

喜欢: lovely peaceful campsite where you can choose to camp in meadow lakeside or woods. we chose the woods . it was very peaceful considering it was Saturday. lovely experience we booked 1night only becsude never camped in woods before, and I didn't know if id like it. didn't bring the kayak thinking it looked 2 smsll on the pics to kayak around but was bigger than it looked on pics so will bring it next time when we do a full weekend . toilets etc were nice n clean . bring own loo roll.
不喜欢: not really a dislike but was confused over the hiring of the quad bikes . the actual website state they are suitable for ages 6+ to sge 99 yet when asking on arrival got told they just for kids ?? . baffling.

Campsite is beautiful, we stayed by the lakeside and had a lovely day/evening.

喜欢: Spent father's day weekend here with my son, we camp a lot and this is up there with the best sites we've been to. Lots to do and explore and a good variety of different pitch types.
All the staff were great, especially Chris.
Will definitely return.
