喜欢: Great site. Lovely big field with big EHU pitches for the campervan. Good facilities. We didn't eat there but the pizza's smelt good.
The goats were a big hit and super friendly, especially if you had food!
Great location for the canal and cafe's and pubs in the village

不喜欢: The bins were overflowing when we checked out, but it was Sunday at the end of a busy half term.

喜欢: Location, atmosphere, onsite animals. Children’s play area within tents view 🙌🏻 great short break.lots of space for kids to play. We loved our stay and would visit again. Onsite cafe was great and im sure the bar would be to when open. On site shop reasonably priced

不喜欢: Only niggles would be on site shop is very limited and local village shop has been closed for a few months so not sites fault but a heads up if you are visiting either bring all food /shopping or be prepared to travel in to Banbury -I was informed you can get sainsburys Deliveroo if all else fails 🙌

喜欢: Really friendly staff, great location in a picturesque village, and facilities are good. On site food offering is varied, tasty and reasonably priced. Feeding the goats is great for the kids. Good little playground for the kids

不喜欢: Next to the Chiltern main train line so quite a bit of train noise at night including freight in the early hours. Shop could be better stocked as there is no shop in the village.

喜欢: Very friendly and helpful staff. Decent facilities, and nice chilled atmosphere, lots of room to play games etc..

不喜欢: The train track is very close and very noisy. Trains only stopped between 00:00 and 04:00...

喜欢: Nice and quiet

不喜欢: Toilets and showers not very clean and could do with a few more of them …bit dated

The bar was closed due to now not having a license..so can’t serve alcohol in shop or bar …also no shop in the area

Only do pizzas ..would be nice to have a few more things on the menu and only serve 5pm till 8pm

Kids Park could do with being bigger …but nice animals around it

16amp didn’t have a cover over the end at pitch for safety

来自经理: We have had a few members of staff leave without notice. This did make it a little of struggle, however our toilets are still cleaned regularly, but couldn’t be checked during food service. Our cleaner had to step in in the kitchen, and for obvious contamination issues he couldn’t go into public toilets in kitchen clothing. Unfortunately food hygiene take preference over a little toilet roll on the floor.

Secondly we never just serve pizza. Always with a whole range of burgers, chips wraps etc.

Bar license will be back next week, unfortunately the short notice of our dsp gave us no time to get the council to update a new one. We were unwilling to jeopardise our license by serving.

Kids park has 2 bouncy castles which are back from repair tomorrow.

喜欢: The site was perfect for a young family. The goats were a huge hit!

不喜欢: Trains! The first night we (not the children), struggled to sleep but night 2 we grew accustomed to them.

喜欢: This was a last min booking and our first time camping. We didn't want to be too far so only 40 min drive but in the countryside with facilities for the children. The site online looked lovely and on arrival was lovely. Easy check in by the young girls in reception. Very polite and helpful. We had an electric pitch number 13, which had a water tap also. The site was clean and well kept with animals on site and a play ground for the children. Toilet block and showers were fine. I used the family shower room and the shower was hot. Wifi was good. We stayed Thur to Sat and although people were coming and going and it was busy it didn't feel like it. Bar onsite and pizzas and burgers etc in the evening if you need it. Kids had a pizza and two lots of chips and it was 16.00. Reasonable prices. Not far from a go outdoors we needed more pegs and drove there in ten min.
Walked ten min down the road to the red lion pub and there's a cafe called the mulberry also nearby.
We all had a great time and will def come back. Thank you for making our first ever camping trip a great one!
