不喜欢 Dirty run down sites, NO management did not get my booked space was just told “if someone is on your pitch just go anywhere!!!, next day I had an angry couple saying I am on there pitch , very noisy unruly loud kids , ban scooters and enforce speed limits for STAFF SECURITY guests AND kids/adults on scooters

喜欢 All the facilities were great plenty of camp soace, theres loads to do for really reasonable prices, people are very considerate and arent loud through the night and the food was very good too

不喜欢 Pitchers on gravel are close together and not everyone adhere to the way they are supposed to be facing.

喜欢 We really enjoyed our selves whilst we stayed, so much to do, local to shops pubs.. the parks my son loved and also the pump track. Inflatable slip and slide and bouncy castle was good. The entertainment was really good.

不喜欢 The attitude of the staff in the entertainment. None of the machines was being filled and we was asking for the 2p machines to be filled so the kids could play them. When we knocked the door a few times to arcade staff room. The lady with blonde hair was sat on her phone everytime. My partner accidently bumped his bag on the older guys shoulder briefly walking past and he was so rude and aggresive. He stated watch what your doing. And my partner said I'm sorry it was my bag I didn't mean to. But there was really no need for that. No one was speed watching people driving around the camp, whilst there's children about and just people generally walking on the roads to get onto there site. Also it states no dogs off leads. I had 2 dogs kept on leads all the time. Yet there was a lot of dogs off the leads, and a lot of dog poo at the back of shelduck 2.. left without being picked up. The train wasn't on this week which we would of loved to have gone on. The swimming pool is great but the slide didn't stay running very long. So everytime we went in my son had about one go on it. This has no put us off our stay, we just hope those things are improved.

We’ve worked incredibly hard to provide the very best facilities, along with an outstanding activities and entertainment programme. There’s been a huge amount of work going on behind the scenes, and we certainly haven’t stopped there. It’s in our nature to be the best, which is why we continue to push forward with improvements and have invested millions back into the park in just the past year. When we look at how much has been achieved already, we’re proud but also determined to keep going.

I was really surprised to read that you didn’t enjoy our entertainment teams, as they are some of the very best around and are always keen to ensure everyone has the best time. That said, I am very sorry to hear of the rudeness you experienced from some team members. This is not the standard we set, and I will be looking into this as all of our park teams are expected to be helpful and friendly at all times.

Regarding the arcade, this is run by an external company, but I will ensure your comments are passed on to them. I also want to acknowledge your points around speeding vehicles, dogs off leads, and dog mess left behind these are issues we are continually addressing as guest safety and comfort are a priority for us. The train and pool slide are also areas we’ll review to make sure families get the most enjoyment out of their stay.

I’m so pleased you and your family enjoyed the parks, pump track, inflatables, and activities it’s great to hear your son had such fun. We’re glad this hasn’t put you off visiting us again, and I can assure you that we’ll be working hard to improve on the areas you’ve highlighted.

喜欢 A great place for a weekend with kids, with plenty of attractions and plenty of space. Clean restrooms, and peace and quiet after 10 PM. Two graywater dumps and three or four for chemical disposal, plus multiple drinking water intakes. Reasonable prices.

不喜欢 no firepit after 10pm.

Our park shop is usually fully stocked with everything you could want maybe you came just before a delivery, but we promise it’s normally brimming with goodies! As for prices, we work hard to keep them reasonable for everyone, and our touring area is set up to make your stay as smooth as possible.

不喜欢 No one to take you pitch.
I had to park up and spend 40mins to find our pitch - we were not the only ones
When found our pitch someone else was parked on it
Found another pitch but turned out to be thorough fare access to a bridge with multiple walking through our pitch …not relaxing at all
Bins were over flowing with rubbish and broken glass mixed in with the hard standing gravel
Place was disgrace for money charged …much better out there for fraction of the cost

We’ve just added more bins across the park to make it super easy for everyone to put litter in the right place, and our teams do challenge anyone we see leaving mess on the floor that’s definitely not where it belongs!

We work hard to ensure our prices are low for everyone, so I don’t think you’d get as much as you do at our park at such a low price. We’re so glad you found the park great for children, and we hope to welcome you back soon for a smoother, more relaxing stay.

Maybe next time we can get a 10!!

We love that the little ones had a blast (though let’s be honest, the grown-ups usually end up having just as much fun too).

喜欢 Entertainment and activities both paid and free. Large site with plenty of things to do for young children

不喜欢 Lack of signage on the site and many of the staff appeared very badly trained. They were pleasant but often had no idea where things were… eg they didn’t know where activities were happening and it wasn’t clear on the programme. Bar staff told us mini golf was £5 despite previous day it was free. Cleaning staff at shower block mopped out regularly but in response to a blocked washing up sink just said that she couldn’t get the plug out. Eventually one of the visitors prised it out.
Total lack of shade … needs cover or umbrellas in the Venue area

We’re truly sorry that communication wasn’t as smooth as it should have been all of our team members do know what’s on and where, so clearly we dropped the ball here . We’re working on tightening this up so that next time you’ll get clear answers straight away.

We totally agree about the signage we’re already working on providing better signs across the park so it’s easier to find everything without having to ask twice. Shade is also something we’re looking into because we know it makes a huge difference when you want to relax in the sunshine .

不喜欢 There was a lot of rubbish around the park which isn’t your fault but a shame. It would be good if you could build a smaller skate park for younger children
