喜欢: Plenty of space on the pitches.
Wasn't too busy considering it was a dry and bright weekend.
Shower and toilet block were nice and modern.
Hot water was very hot!

不喜欢: Shower cubicles were only big enough to shower in. Nowhere private to get changed outside of the cubicle.

Clean showers and toilets
Fantastic field to walk dogs
Nice little shop on site

不喜欢: No one around on arrival or departure. Challenging when there is a security gate to go through. Telephoned but no answer. Luckily a guest onsite let us in.
Horrible sewerage smell around the site particularly on the first day
Pitches are a decent size but on a slope and very unkept. Grass could do with tidying up/mowing.
Looks like building work is going on as lots of building materials on the site
Wi-Fi nonexistent

As the weather has been so sunny and lovely the brook can have a smell, this only lasts for a short time as we rectify it

Please read your booking, the site does not advertise WIFI over the site as it is only available around the reception area, but 4g and 5g are very good here

喜欢: Just wanted to say that we enjoyed our week with you. The site is kept immaculate and the toilets are 5 star. And we liked the barrier it made us feel secure when out for the day. hope you got the biscuits we left for thanks in return for borrowing us the lead.

喜欢: Beautiful site with stunning walks. Great facilities and friendly staff.
If you’re into fishing there’s a lovely pond and it only costs £5 to hire a rod for your entire stay.

不喜欢: No complaints regarding the site or staff at all. Only downside was a complaint about children on site having fun, which in all honesty is what you want when you take your children away.
If you’re a couple wanting peace and quiet maybe avoid family sites.

喜欢: Great size pitches,friendly staff,nice location and area.

不喜欢: Showers quite small with no division inside to separate your belongings,a shower curtain would help.Not enough toilet cubicles when busy.

喜欢: Cosy well equipped pod with excellent proximity to lake.

不喜欢: No hairdryer facilities in bathroom
No Wi-Fi in pods

喜欢: Nice quiet site, lovely views, fishing equipment for hire at a very reasonable price. Handy shop and staff were friendly.
