喜欢 We booked a night in the secluded tipi type tent , upon arrival we were shown by Natalie the way to go and she opened the gates for us and made sure we knew everything and also asked us if we needed anything else . The tipi was well equipped with draws lights towels plenty of bedding and pillows . Outside was a table chairs loungers bbq a fire pit both charcoal and wood for the fire pit provided .
There was also a small stream that ran very close to the tent with some loungers in the water too we were told that it was ok to swim but we didn’t bother as it was late when we arrived . There was also a porta-loo which smelled nice and had toilet rolls etc . There’s no WiFi but you can just switch off and enjoy the surroundings I had enough signal to receive calls etc .You pretty much have a corner of a field away from everyone and it’s fenced so our kids could just run around which was great , the beds were so very comfy.
As a bit of a bonus Natalie showed the kids how to milk 2 cows they also fed the calves and walked the calves around.
Overall an excellent experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or stay again .

来自经理: Thanks for your review. Could you provide photos of the unclean toilets? On which dates did you stay? The toilets are checked twice a day and restocked with toilet roll. I haven’t experienced them being unclean at any of the checks so far. The bins are emptied and changed daily - but as you can appreciate - it’s the busiest time of year and with the greatest will in the world we can’t check them 24/7. I’m sure it didn’t stop you dumping the rubbish around the bins. It does say clearly in the website that rubbish should be taken with you. I hope you enjoyed your stay despite these issues.

喜欢 Large fields with direct river / stream access and great woodland walks near to 2 lovely pubs. Owners made us feel really welcome and I wish them all the best in their new venture. Camping as Camping should be. Our dog had a fine old time and was worn out after a day of swimming and woodland walks. Great to see lots of other dog owners including multiple dogs.

喜欢 Great place, owners were very friendly, and welcoming. Working farm with cows, plenty of space and separate field for families and adults only.

喜欢 Awesome place. So much space around the bell tent, access to a shallow river deb straight from the tent and amazing walking routes close by as well as town with shops just 10 min drive away. Very lovely hosts, couldn't be more helpful. Would definitely recommend ❤️
