Tyckte om: Very friendly welcome. Easy to find the pitch. The pitch was really spacious, I had one with 3 hedges around.
The site is close to the sea.
Shower blocks were great, each cubicle had its own loo and sink. Plenty of room to hang clothes.
The site has a well stocked shop too.

Just bear in mind, some of the tent pitches are on a slope. I woke up to find my mattress had migrated a little in the night!!

Tyckte om: I recently stayed at this campsite and had a great experience. The grounds were clean, well-maintained, and offered a nice mix of shaded and open areas. Bathrooms and showers were tidy and regularly serviced. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in easy and offering tips for nearby hiking trails.

Tyckte om: Friendliness and efficiency of staff. Clean, well laid out pitches. Well maintained facilities and grounds. Toilets and shower blocks- fabulous, some of the best we have experienced at a campsite. We were given a huge level grass pitch for our camper van. Even the Wi-Fi was ok, better than most campsites. There was live entertainment every other night in the barn. We were only there for 3 nights and were pitched quite close, which was fine (noise wise). But we found the standard of the singers a little underwhelming.

Tyckte inte om: Prices in the pub on site quite high. All tables were extremely sticky from poor cleaning. (We only ate at a lunchtime).

Tyckte om: We had two non electric pitches in the Stable Field which were large and flat and the grass was kept short and collected. This field was a bit quieter and suited us. We normally camp out of school holidays but for this trip we were with family with small children. The facilities were very good being clean and warm. The family shower rooms were excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The shop was well stocked for those emergency supplies. Grandchildren enjoyed the play park but we were very much in the minority supervising them! The security barriers onto the fields with key pads were appreciated. Good location for touring the area. We didn’t use the Barn or restaurant so can’t comment.

People walking dogs around the camping fields and allowing them to mess as even when picked up it is a health concern.
Parents not supervising their children but this is not specific to this site.
No freezer for ice packs located in the stable field.
The push taps stayed on for only a second which made hand washing etc tricky especially for children.
