Tyckte om The surroundings, cleaningness, the opportunity of going by boat to York, the bathrooms with glass divisions, facility to book and information provided.

Tyckte inte om I liked everything. Maybe a bench/chair in the shower room would be nice. Wi-fi could be better.

We appreciate your helpful suggestions—adding a bench in the shower room is a great idea and we are continually considering improvements, and while the Wi-Fi is generally reliable, we’ll ask our technical team to ensure it’s working at its very best.

Fantastic location on the riverside, very pretty walks right on site. Incredibly easy access from the A64.

We’re sorry the River Taxi wasn’t operating during your stay. It’s run by a trusted partner and provided as a service to both our guests and the local community. While we don’t control the schedule, it does operate more frequently during school holidays.
