Tyckte om The individual pitches, surrounding environment and access to the estuary is amazing. Feels really isolated. A really special place. Definitely wish to return. Toilets and shower very clean.

Tyckte om Did a search for sites that catered for those wanting a nearly wild camp experience and pitchup linked Nether Hall Farm so booked a night to try out my Hilleberg unna for the first time as the site was fairly local.
Arrival, I arrived at Nether Hall Farm not knowing what to expect as it was school summer holidays but was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was, pitches 1 to 7 a based on firt come first served basis I took pitch 7 huge pitch for a 1 man tent but it was perfect plenty of space for family sized tents with its own water supply and fire pit. There are basic facilities in the form of two composting toilets on shower and somewhere to wash your dishes pots and pans as well as bins for your rubbish and recycling. Logs and kindling are available on an honesty box type of affair albeit no cash but bank transfer prices £10 for a bag of logs £5 for kindling similar price to most other sites offering the same I used 2 bags of logs and 1 bag of kindling for my over nighters.in all I throughly recommend Nether Hall Farm they also offer a shepherd's which looks real nice with a huge pitch and great views.so would I go again yes I most certainly would it's lovely and quiet you can also access a private beach a short walk from you camping spot bonus. This is a working farm please respect this and abide by the rules I wouldn't want to see this site disappear it's great if you want something of this nature as apposed to big commercial site this is a little gem of a place

Tyckte om Tranquil,secluded and peace site. Eco site so back to basic but still with every thing you need water, compost toilet, shower and fire pits. Gorgeous country side and river close by , saw hares, owls and deer. Loved it 😍

Tyckte om Great site lovely wild pitches. Beautiful location very clean and quiet . Perfect place to get away and chill.

Tyckte inte om Our only British was there was no hot water and after 2 days having ice showers the owner came and apologised for the problem.. Hot showers there after so all good in the end.

Tyckte om Pitches are great, surrounded by trees and come with picnic table and fire pit. Nice and spacious and secluded also. Great location short walk to a river beach for swimming/fishing/kayaking. Excellent village shop a 15 minute bike ride away and quiet Suffolk roads that are good for cycles with kids. Compost toilets are very nice ones.

Tyckte inte om One complaint, was the cold shower - I think because gas hadn't been topped up so I guess normally working fine. Some pitches a little uneven and sloping, but not really an issue.

Tyckte om Had a fantastic stay at Nether Hall Farm last weekend. It was so peaceful and each pitch is nicely secluded so you feel like the only people there. Stunning tress surrounding every pitch.
Our pitch was tidy and the nearby toilets were clean.
Having a tap and a picnic table was a huge benefit, we forgot our folding chairs and having somewhere to sit and eat made it more enjoyable.
We bought some logs and kindling using the easy pay QR code on site and had a fire burning all evening, the rest of the logs we’ve taken home to be used for our next visit.
The morning waking to beautiful birdsong was the best way to start the day. We brewed some coffee and went for a walk to the river Stour, the sun was shining and the walk was easy going which was a bonus for my amputee husband. He was eyeing up the kayaks to hire next time. There are mature Oak trees on the walk as well as rarely seen lichen, we took many photos. It really is worth a stroll.
We will absolutely be back, we loved our stay thank you so much, it was the tonic we needed.
