Понравилось Great site. Loved how clean and tidy the site was kept. The pods were in great condition, everything needed was there. Prices were very reasonable. Will definitely stay again. Dogs loved it.

Не понравилось Cleaner and groundsman brilliant manager attitude shocking, pool is not heated as stated and bar was closed from Tuesday as all staff as far as we was told was sacked disabled facilities was out of order will Tuesday and washing ip area was constantly leaking and right next to the toilet drop very unhappy if I had the money to leave site and book elsewhere I would have no working electrics down 1 side all 5 caravans had to share 1 wire with a Y block to divide to each caravan small pitches and not enough clen water taps

As you asked for a full refunds for you and your two other touras (family)
And the only reason was a leaking u bend on the out side washing up area .
Just 10 muinets before while doing my rounds of the park your other family members were saying what a lovely site we have
your son was complaining constantly how he had to change his shoes 2 times !
The problem was fixed with in a couple hours

The pool is not heated and is not advertised as heated
But your family members used the pool every day and loved it
Over bank holiday weekend a client collided with one of our hook up towers
To save canceling many bookings out electrician has layed a cable with in the boandry bush not as you discribed

Yes the disabled shower was broken over the weekend but was fixed first thing Monday morning

The pub
Which you never attended just like the pool

Unfortunately the tentant did a moonlight bunk on Wednesday

So my amazing riverview team worked there socks off they finished at 4am Thursday morning deep cleaning and preparing a restocking on the Friday reopening
Which was an amazing night well done team

On the Thursday evening we opened the games room for your family
We gave to your family bottles and bottles free bear soft drinks and snacks

The cheff even came in specially to cook tomato soup for a special request from your son

The pitch he's are hard standing with grass
Are not small and I very sorry you had to walk 25 yards to the nearest water tap

30 pounds a night in august is the best value

So overall 95% of your family had an amazing time but (well done team )
But because we refused your refund

Alot of people tell me they can't beleave the comments as there is no pleasing people
Thanks goodness our reviews are amazing hence that's why we are 2nd out of 380 other touring sites in Lincolnshire

No hand soap in toilets
One of the shower doors had come off
Power cuts in bar
Water cut out
Pool not heated

Понравилось Quiet site, great location for watching the jets fly over or going to see them only 10mins down the road by car. The toilets and shower were clean

Не понравилось Few things need to be fixed. Shower screen in both the ladies and men’s were broken. The one in the ladies is learning against the wall. Door handle in the ladies again the door handle is left on windowsill

No handsoap is any of the toilets

The washing up area is right next to where you empty your toilet waste from the caravans to me that is unhygienic. I’m guessing it’s a temporary measure as it’s just a sink on wooden frame.

Не понравилось Site needs be looked after, looks like just for making money, the pitches has an extension to connect the caravans because the electric points don'twork, bins overflowing, the interior pool water was cold, gym appliance broken.
With a trip 2.5h was expecting better based on the pictures

Понравилось Great environment, local conveniences, staff were really friendly and I would absolutely stay again despite the very minor dislikes.

Не понравилось Showers were blocked. With tonnes of hair. Didn’t realise the pub only took cash for food- local cashpoints didn’t work.

Понравилось Good size pitch and tarmac road. Very close to the river. And a quiet site.

Не понравилось Rubbish bins over flowing, lots of maintenance required around the site.

Понравилось Friendly site, staff were very welcoming and helpful on arrival and were responsive to requests for information and assistance.
Nice location - good for dog walks down the canal and some nice pubs and restaurants in neighbouring villages.
Cheap and cheerful site.

Не понравилось It was a little disappointing that the food in the bar was cash only - it wouldn't have been an issue if we had known in advance, but we only found out when we ordered. As there is no cash point within walking distance and we couldn't drive due to having a couple of drinks whilst setting up, this meant we were unable to purchase an evening meal.
There was no soap in the toilet blocks the entire weekend we were there. At times there was no toilet roll either. Thankfully we had brought some with us but for people that hadn't, this would have been very inconvenient.

Не понравилось Broken decking, outside furniture & door wouldn't lock.

Shower was broken
Toilets were dirty and no soap in handbasin
Site was very untidy
People in caravan nearby playing loud music, shouting & swearing.. and firing an air gun (not the best start to a relaxing weekend)
