Camping Les Gravelets

Gostou We loved the site, very clean, open and family friendly. The managers were really helpful and nice and the site offered lots of extras such as delivery of croissants to your tent in the morning and moule frite night on saturdays. Great location for the beach which we walked to ( it took about half an hour but was very pleasant). Great showers

Gostou Friendly helpful staff - free WiFi at the reception / bar area. Lovely little campsite set in a quarry. Showers hot and clean. Washing up area / washing machine all clean and tidy.

Não gostou Pitch 55 is on a slope and blow up beds on the floor were on a slant. Managed to find one area that was flat ish for one bed but the rest of this particular pitch is not level. Didn’t take away from our stay .

We’re sorry that pitch 55 was not as flat as you’d hoped. The quarry setting gives a lot of charm, but sometimes it also means a few sloping areas ⛰️. We always do our best to help guests find the most suitable pitch, so please don’t hesitate to ask us next time.
We’re very happy that this didn’t take away from your stay and we’d love to welcome you back again!

Gostou Élodie et Thomas sont hyper accueillants et près à apporter leur aide si besoin.
Le camping est calme,propre et bien situé à quelques minutes de la plage et qui n’est pas surpeuplée.
Magasins d’alimentation à proximité (-10km)
Des propositions de restaurations ont lieu plusieurs fois par semaine:rotisserie(saucisses/jambon braisé etc)
Dégustation fruits de mer
Pizza
Possibilité de commande de pain et viennoiseries directement livrés sur l’emplacement .
Les emplacements sont plats et relativement spacieux
A noter pour les propriétaires de chiens qu’ils sont acceptés sur la plage de montmartin mais pas à hauteville qui se trouve juste à côté.
Un 2e séjour s’impose l’année prochaine 😜
Nous leur souhaitons une excellente saison

Gostou Relatively small site combining chalets, Camping and Campervans/motorhomes. Everything was lovely; the site was very quiet, clean and well maintained, the owners were helpful and extremely welcoming.
The site is close to the village and beaches with a number of cafes and restaurants.
We visited the Normandy landing beaches / cemeteries which are about an hour away and the local towns are worth a visit.

Whilst there isn’t a restaurant on site the owners are happy for you to eat the food in the bar area from the visiting ‘ Moules and Frites, pizza and burger vans’ which visit the site throughout the week. Two tennis courts are available to book free of charge, there is also a table tennis and pétanque area.

Regarding the toilet paper, we understand this can be inconvenient. As is common in many French campsites, we don’t provide it directly in the toilets for hygiene reasons, but we will make sure this is explained more clearly upon arrival.
