Não gostou Showers were not user friendly. Not enough room to get changed. Clean enough though.

Gostou Location is great to explore loch Ness and the Highlands.
Reception staff very friendly, as are the staff in the restaurant.

Não gostou The whole touring site feels unfinished. It's just a huge gravel park which gets sodden in the rain.
The washing facilities are not good enough. In total there are 4 toilets, 2 showers and 1 cubicle that is slightly larger with a toilet, sink and shower. This is all there is, for men and women. There is also no way of knowing if a cubicle has someone in it unless you try the for door handle.
The sinks are tiny, the showers are too small. There are often queues which is just not good enough.

Gostou Nice location, easy walking distance to town and Loch Ness.
Restaurant was very good with welcoming staff.
Showers and toilets were very nice and cleaned regularly

Não gostou Although showers are very good there were not many of them, I can only imagine it would be very hard to get a shower at peak season.
The disabled faculties are poor if you are wheelchair bound you won’t be able to shower/use the toilets or get in to reception. The stones made using a walking stick very hard also with no paths

Gostou Staff were super helpful, really couldn't do enough.
Lovely site but very basic on touring pitches

Não gostou Very few toilets and showers. 4 toilets and 2 shower cubicles (plus one as potential disabled unit) to serve 20+ pitches (plus extras without electricity). Pressure in showers dropped drastically when more than 1 person having a shower. Check in time was late - 4pm (late compared to majority of sites) and pitch up says check out is 10am but staff told us it was 11am.
This site has the potential to be amazing but we felt it was overpriced for what it offers at the moment.

Não gostou We arrived very late and despite directions we drove down the lodge lane rather than the camping one. There was possibility that turning the van would have disturbed someone. Maybe better signposting.

Would have liked a cooked breakfast to be available on site

Não gostou If I could give it 0 stars I would. If you want to pay £35 for what is essentially a gravel carpark with a poorly built portashower in then this is the place for you however this is not what you would expect for the price they charge! It’s just a large gravel area that doesn’t look like the pictures. The showers are porta style and poorly built so they don’t drain and you have to stand in other people’s dirt and soup scum not to mention they are tiny! The toilets are of a similar nature. This site just feels like an after thought but with no budget. We turned around and left and stayed elsewhere where. Would not recommend!

Não gostou Unschöner Schotterplatz. Sanitäre Anlagen für den Preis eine Zumutung. Nur 2 Duschen für alle. In diesen keine Ablagemöglighkeit. Utensilien werden nass. Duschvorhang ungenügender Schutz. Viel zu klein. Steckdose geht nur in 1 Kabine. Spiegel gibt es nur in 1 Duschkabine. Kein Föhn, nichts. Winziges Eckwaschbecken nur in den wenigen Toiletten. Sehr ekelig, wenn man sich waschen und Zähne putzen will. Nur 1 Spülbecken für den ganzen Platz, der von anderen als Waschbecken und zum Zähneputzen benutzt wird (mangels an Waschplätzen). Angeblich 5 Sterne. Sicher nicht für den Wohnmobil-Stellplatzbereich.
