Gostou: Location, close to lands end and Sennen. Friendly reception.

Não gostou: No soap available in the toilets, showers could do with some maintenance. Pitch wasn’t big enough for the awning to be put up, after paying extra for this.

Do gerente: We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the limited bathroom amenities in our shower blocks. Please rest assured that our showers are cleaned and restocked daily; however, our cleaning team is on-site from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, which can lead to supplies running low overnight. We have a full maintenance team on-site working on necessary improvements, and we are planning significant upgrades to our facilities over the winter.

Additionally, we regret that the pitch size did not accommodate your awning. All pitch sizes are clearly listed during the booking process, and we do offer larger pitches to meet guests' needs. If we had been informed during your stay, we would have gladly arranged an upgrade for you. Thank you for your understanding.

Gostou: Central to attractions

Não gostou: Very shabby toilets in a state , showers in in one block not working was told to use mens of which you had to go through the urinals. The other block which only had four showers needed a good clean and decorated as water leaked everywhere. Outside sinks no hot water . On arrival our pitch had dog mess everywhere after complaining was moved to another pitch . The site seems very untidy seeing it was advertising asU K number 1 holiday park

Upon your arrival, when you reported the issue with dog mess, we promptly assigned you a new pitch and sent a staff member to clean the affected area. While we strive to maintain our site and conduct daily checks, we are unable to monitor all guests with dogs.

As a new facility, we are continually working to enhance our operations for the comfort of our guests. We regret that you were not informed about the second shower block, which is conveniently located closer to your pitch. Thank you for your feedback, and we appreciate your understanding as we improve our services.

Gostou: Location was good for walking to Sennen Cove and Lands End.
The field was pleasant with plants.

I wanted to let you know that our touring fields are fully updated. This year, we're focusing on renovating the areas around our holiday homes, as we have only owned this park for three years. Last year, we completed renovations on the touring fields.

We offer electric pitches at £27 per night, which is the most affordable rate in the area. Additionally, we do not charge per person for up to two people on a standard pitch or four people on a large pitch. Plus, access to showers and toilets is included at no extra cost.

Gostou: It was an amazing stay. All the amenities were well managed and clean.

I reached late for checkin. But still they managed to give clear instructions for hassle free checkin. The location is very near to Lands End, hardly 20 mins walk.

Gostou: Clean grounds, showers and toilets, staff very helpful and friendly…ideal location for lands end and Sennan Cove and a short drive to Penzance and St Michael’s Mount.

We stopped in a pod and it was clean and had what the holiday park stated, overall we would definitely stay here again couldn’t fault anything including the lovely price
