We understand your frustration regarding the cost of using the EV charging point. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and wanted to clarify its operation: The EV charger does not belong to Coldstream Holiday Park. It is managed and operated by an external, third-party company. Coldstream Holiday Park does not set or control the prices for charging. The external provider manages all aspects of the pricing structure and tariffs.

We offer the charging point as an added convenience for our guests who drive electric vehicles, but unfortunately, the pricing is entirely out of our hands.

We sincerely apologise if the pricing caused any inconvenience during your stay. We aim to offer the best possible experience, and we are disappointed that this external service detracted from your otherwise positive visit.

Likte Nice holiday park with motorhome places, even, each their own small lawn, nice facilities building, clean and proper. also access to a riverside walkway, that brings you right to the village and the Hirsel Estate entrance. AND when I arrived I received a very tasty cup of hot soup 🍲🥰

Site location
Pot wash area (even has microwaves).
There is a standalone shower)toilet at the back of the block, which is very handy. Shower much warmer and more powerful than the main ones, though turns into an instant steam room!

Likte ikke Showers... The main ones at the front of the block were not great - very cramped with no obvious drain to squeegee water to. Not great heat/power either.

It's great to hear you liked the size and layout of our pitches, our site location, and the convenience of the pot wash area (including the microwaves!). We're also glad the standalone shower/toilet at the back was so handy and provided a warmer, more powerful shower experience.

We're sorry to hear about your experience with the main shower block. We understand your frustration. Feedback like this is essential, and we will certainly look into the issues with the drainage and shower performance in that block to see how we can make immediate improvements.

Small pitches too close together
Other customers walking across front of pitch to get to refuse area, instead of using road 2m away (ignorance is bliss)

We understand your concerns about the proximity of the pitches and other campers. Our touring pitches are of regulation size, and we do provide a leaflet to all campers and touring guests that asks them to respect others' space and use the designated roads and paths.

We apologize that this was not your experience and will use your feedback to find a better way to communicate these guidelines to all our guests.
