Ik was blij met The site is level and nicely landscaped. There is a small field with some goal posts and goats in a pen. Each pitch is fully serviced although it took me a while to work out how to switch on the hook up points. It’s a relatively short walk into Abersoch which has plenty of nice shops, pubs and restaurants. Communications before arrival were friendly and informative.

Ik was niet blij met It’s a very small site next to a road, so can get a bit noisy. The walk into Abersoch is along a road that can get busy and there aren’t many pavements so not great for kids and dogs. We didn’t see anyone managing the site until we were about to leave, although they were very responsive when messaged.
The shop/ office appeared to be closed for the entire weekend, although maybe we missed it opening when we were out.

There weren’t enough toilets and one of them appeared to be locked all the time. Loo roll was always in short supply although we found extra stocks in the laundry room. There is only one sink for washing up. The toilets/sinks didn’t appear to get cleaned during our stay.

The ground is gravel which isn’t great for awnings, but pegs went in fine.
Pitches are quite small, enough for our van and awning, but it felt like we were very close to our neighbours.
The showers were fine, but you have to use 20ps. WiFi signal was very poor so we used our own data.
Given the price of our stay we expected more.

Ik was blij met Lovely location, short walk to beach 20 minutes max and Abersoch village, 15 minutes max , local farm shop 2 minutes walk, gallery/ interiors shop 1 minute walk, well kept , clean and tidy site, friendly and helpful owners. Clean shower and toilets. Would definitely return.

Ik was blij met Location is fantastic and pitch is a generous size.
Toilets and showers were quite clean

Ik was niet blij met No hand towels in toilets.
Toilet paper ran out in every toilet so we’re not being checked regularly.
Doors on some of the toilets were ill fitting so could not be closed and locked

Ik was blij met Lovely small site, within easy walk of Abersoch centre. Has a toilet block laundry etc. Pitches aren't perfectly level but are all serviced which is great.

Ik was blij met Location, great walking into town. Farm shop, cafe and bar just 100yds up the road.

Ik was niet blij met Very poor WiFi. No TV service. We arrived on a Tuesday and left on Friday, we asked for more toilet rolls and no cleaning of the toilets. No grey waste disposal. Very basic chemical toilet disposal(open toilet).

* **Grey Waste:** Every pitch is equipped with grey waste disposal, along with electric and water hook-ups. Your pitch had a grey waste connection directly underneath your water hook-up, as shown in the photos on our website. This was also detailed in the welcome message sent on the morning of your arrival. Our staff would have been happy to assist you in locating it if you had any difficulty.
* **Toilets:** Our staff restocked and cleaned the toilets the morning after you reported the issue, and we informed you when this was completed.
* **Staffing:** As noted in your pre-arrival confirmation email, we were experiencing a temporary staff shortage and our site manager was out of office. We asked for your understanding and support during such times and encouraged guests to communicate any issues, such as toiletry restocking, so we could address them promptly. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We would greatly appreciate it if you could contact us directly to discuss your concerns further. Your feedback is valuable as it helps us improve our site for all future guests.

Ik was blij met small site, great communication from Byron, new toilet block, walking distance to the town and beach, across the road from the farm shop, cafe and bar.

Ik was niet blij met Very minor point - At the time Byron wasnt on site and it didnt feel like the toilet block was getting cleaned regularlyy / toilet rolls topped up etc.

Ik was blij met Site isn't too big, very well kept, clean and tidy. Shower and toilet facilities like new, shower is £1 for 30 minutes! Wash up and laundry, all very well maintained. 15min walk to town centre, 10min to beach

Ik was blij met A lovely quiet and well maintained site. The pitches are spacious and the facilities are modern and clean.

The amenities and beaches of Abersoch are only a 20 minute walk.
