Treborth Hall Farm Caravan Site

Ik was blij met Handy for Menai Bridge and a stop-off before Anglesey. Could book one night just before turning up. Nice staff.

Ik was niet blij met Basic site, bit weird with the amount of empty caravans filling the site, gave it a ghost town feeling. Toilets nearest grass elec pitches work well but need upgrading. Stayed one night as a stop off and wouldn’t want to stay longer.

We’re a small holiday park with over 50 seasonal caravans on site, and our photos on Pitchup clearly show the layout and style of the park, so guests know exactly what to expect before booking. At this time of year (end of season), some seasonal caravans are empty during the week, which can make the park feel quieter than usual.

We’ve never had this issue before — most of our guests actually love the peace and quiet the park offers. Our grass pitches are generally flat, and we’ve not received complaints about the footpaths previously, but we’ll still take your comments on board.

We’re pleased you found our staff friendly and the location convenient for Menai Bridge and Anglesey.

Ik was blij met It is a safe site. Everything was clearly marked up.

Ik was niet blij met We stayed on the site for two nights, we didn’t get a fixed pitch. So during the day we had to pack everything up, then had a different pitch the following day.
The pitches were marked up very close to each other. Only a few grass pitches were level.
We paid for pitch with electric there was not sign of electric we could use.
The ladies toilet didn’t have toilet paper for over 24 hours. I did ring and say but nothing was done about it.
The map at the entrance needs to be a bit clearer and had a light on at evening.
Sorry would not go back even if it is safe. Customer service were was it.

We must stress that we have no record of any phone call regarding toilet paper during your stay. Our facilities are checked and replenished regularly throughout the day, and no other guests reported any issue. We take this very seriously and can reassure all visitors that our toilets are well stocked at all times.

Ik was niet blij met Very poor facilities set in an old, shipping container. Gants had just 1 WC and 1 shower for 30 pitches. Outdoor washup which was filthy when we were there.
£32.50 with ehu.

Thank you for your comments.

To clarify, one of our toilet and shower blocks is a converted shipping container. This is very common on smaller caravan parks, where containers are converted into purpose-built toilet blocks, offices, glamping pods and even snack bars. In addition, we also have a purpose-built block in the centre of the park. With two sets of facilities available, this is more than adequate for a 30-pitch park.

Regarding your mention of £32.50 per night, the grass pitch you stayed on was £30 per night with electric hook up, not the price you stated.

Ik was blij met Spacious and easy in easy reach of town location. It was very wet and arrived later on so just stayed in mostly.

Ik was blij met Lovely peaceful site with large pitches and not busy so lots of choice. Checkin very easy. It’s very convenient for Bangor, Menai Bridge and Anglesey.
