Ik was blij met Showers were nice and hot and you didn't have to keep pushing the button to put it on every 2 mins

Wi fi was very good

Ik was niet blij met Very untidy around the site there are many that live on site walked past 1 van and could smell them smoking drugs which isn't nice
They are doing lots of building work
The burger and chips I got from the van was very nice but it's very outdated to look at not very appealing
I thought quite expensive for the condition and overall aperance
Washing up aera was very open and all the bits from the trees were in the sinks I only used it once and as u was only staying 2nights I took the rest home to wash up in the toilet block in Seaview there is nothing to dry your hands on after using the toilet they are just corrigated metal huts on wheels
Lotss of sections have really old untidy vans and cars and looks like a junk yard
There were only 5 pitches used on the section we were on the hard standing aera there were lots more but views were not so nice

Ik was blij met Very close to Swanage town and beach.

Ik was niet blij met Site is dated and very unkemp. Whilst we appreciate work is starting to improve the site this does not excuse the rest of the site being run down.
Toilet and shower block were dirty and run down. Did see a lad cleaning but it was just a basic wipe over. Dirt and sand left on the floors and in some, in the shower trays too. For this reason we will not be returning and definitely not recommending to anyone.

Ik was blij met Easy to park up and hook up. Only a miles to walk into Swanage and very close to the steam train station. Lovely views across the hills. There is a cafe that serves breakfast and dinner. We didn’t use it, but the menus looked good.

Ik was niet blij met Bit of a regimented site. Vans all in rows and felt a bit close - they weren’t but it felt crowded. Showers were not very clean.
There was a low walk between pitches which you need to watch when moving larger vans.

Ik was blij met Only a 20 minute walk to Swanage . Plenty of bus routes from the railway station.

Ik was niet blij met Site really needs a good update, long grass , weeds, levelling ramps plus extra packing needed as most pitches are very uneven. Didn’t see a single person cleaning the showers/ toilets . Apart from that we enjoyed our week . We would stay again purely for the location.

Ik was blij met Easy walking distance to Swanage via path from site. Plenty of space on pitches. Combined large showers with w/c and whb in individual units with heating were clean and spacious in the area we used.

Ik was niet blij met Parts of the site particularly where the permanent residents were seemed tired and unkempt. Not all bathroom facilities were to the same standard.

Ik was blij met The view from the bell tents was great, and close to a toilet block. Items provided included camp beds (off the ground) an extension cord, lamp and fire pit with logs. The beds were surprisingly comfy. The toilet block next to the bell tents is fine with good toilets and ok showers.

Ik was niet blij met The communication could be improved - we were not told what to expect in the tent before arrival, and on arrival weren't sent directions for how to find the tents and wound up driving round the site in circles until we were told by friends they're in another field (!)
The bell tent area is nice but the rest of the site felt quite run down and poorly maintained. The 'restaurant' is just a burger van with outdoor benches, there is no pool, no playground and no shop on site. We saw two toilet blocks - one was ok but the other had wobbly countertops that looked like they were about to fall off the wall, holes in the walls, very muddy floors and broken locks (!) They felt very dirty.

Ik was blij met Despite the torrential rain both my wife and I had a great time. Excellent location as only a short walk in to Swanage

Ik was blij met Nice Clean Site. Toilets were okay. Nice that its individual showers
Shop was shut when we went there as was end of season hours so can't rate that
nice walk into Swanage and Train into Corfe Castle
Went Blackberry Picking with the Kids and other than the windy and rainy weather we had a great weekend

Ik was niet blij met Could do with some more lighting on the bottom shower blocks and washing up area.
