Ik was blij met: Great little site which is adult only which we loved. It’s in an excellent location for exploring north Norfolk. Very friendly hosts and the Bistro has excellent food as well we ate there twice over the weekend. We would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Ik was blij met: The site is very clean and well kept, the food and the service in The Olive Tree Bistro was excellent, good choice of food and drinks and good value.

Ik was blij met: Clean, well maintained site. Easy access and location ideal for exploring north Norfolk. Easy check in. Good sized pitches and a picnic bench for each pitch is a great idea.

Ik was blij met: Pitches good food excellent and the owner and staff very welcoming . Very well kept grounds. Would have eaten a second night but I was unwell

Ik was niet zo blij met: Sorry but I did not like the so called shower block which is basically a shed . I know it is winter but the wet room stunk of damp even the toilet paper was damp. Yes, there was a heater but that was only warm when switched on really do not think it is suitable for the British climate

Van de manager: I'm sorry that we don't have central heating in the toilet block, it is a basic shower block as described on pitchup, but we try our best, its the first time in two years that someone has complained to that extent, I will see what I can do for future guests to enjoy our services.

Ik was blij met: Really lovely site nice and clean toilets and washing facilities. Camp owners were really lovely and very helpful.

Ik was niet zo blij met: The one thing that would put us off coming back again was the fact that the water in the shower was warm at best. I reported this to the Handyman who just said use the other shower which was just as cold so nothing really was done.

Van de manager: Good morning I'm sorry that you felt that the hot water situation would make you not visit again, but after you raised the concerns I had a look at the shower and managed to get a real hot stream of water. in these cold days you only need to put the shower on full hot and slightly raise the control arm and that gives the system time to hot up. When I walked into the shower after you raised the issue the control was not on full hot this will be the reason for the lack of hot water. it does tell you on a notice in the shower how the system works.

Ik was blij met: Clean site, large pitch with picnic table. Nice bistro and garden.

Ik was niet zo blij met: Shower was cold, glad to have the heater for dressing! One night stay sufficient unless you have a car to get around as on a busy road.
