Mi è piaciuto: The campsite was in a beautiful location and full of amazing people, the owners / staff were extremely helpful and answered any questions i had . The toilets and showers were immaculate and even had the radio on in there so you could listen to it when in the shower or on the loo . Everyone that was there was friendly and the pond was beautiful and full of massive fish. This campsite is a must stay

Mi è piaciuto: Everything! Not a dislike, the kids playground was probably for slightly older kids than mine apart from the seesaw and little spring horse - my 6 and 3 yr old had to be supervised and helped on all equipment. Go carts were a massive hit though!

Mi è piaciuto: The campsite is amazing. The facilities are great. Showers an wc very clean and there is a kitchenette for people to use as well as a lounge area to socialize
I'm travelling by bicycle and that was a perfect place for me
Also, the lady makes awesome coffee. I recommend.

Mi è piaciuto: Friendly family owners. The entire site was impeccably clean, the sanitary building is in "as new" condition and way above average standard. For those who need it, there are free toilet paper and soap dispensers. Hot water readily available. Hot shower with plenty of power is 50 cent for 4 minutes, change is easily available at reception.
WiFi is 1 euro per day and there are antennas located all over the site, phone reception is also perfect, plenty enough for streaming if required.
The landscaping and pitches are well cared for and spotlessly clean, after pitching my tent I sat at the picnic table for my lunch while watching the carp in le pond and wildlife around it, very peaceful.
My stay was in a tent and my pitch was lush soft grass, no mud. There are no vehicles allowed in the caravan and tent area, parking was immediately next to the camping area so no long walks and there are plenty of carts around to transport your goods to your pitch. Caravans are delivered to pitch by the owner and his little tractor.
Campervans stay on a separate field which faces west and you can watch the sunset over the village.
My stay was extremely peaceful and relaxing, all campers were respectful and polite which I feel is a reflection of the atmosphere this campsite delivers.
There's a small, safe play area for the children to play on swings and other rides, a few pedal cars for them and a pen with chickens and rabbits.
There is a small village 10 minutes walk away along a quiet, dyke lined country lane.

Non mi è piaciuto: Nothing at all,.After 2 weeks travel staying on a different campsite every night, I have to say this was by far the cleanest in every area, and also the most modern/up to date site I visited, it is clear that there has been a huge investment made to get to this standard.

Some people may not like not being able to park their vehicle next to their pitch, I was on a motorcycle and was happy to park on the block paved parking area and take the 20 second walk to my pitch.

Mi è piaciuto: Campsite had a nice green paddock with livestock to look at over the fence.

Non mi è piaciuto: I personally wouldn’t recommend, their website goes extensively into how ‘they care for their customers and want the best experience possible’, but that is far from our experience. After staying in campsites for 6 months right across Europe, this has been the worst one so far. We have never had problems before with 6 amp electricity at campsites, but this campsite none of our appliances worked and kept tripping the power, so we paid the fee to be upgraded to 10 amp. Then at checkout we were told to pay based on a metered rate? Wtf. How do we know what we started at and used whilst there? What was the original meter reading & why wasn’t that supplied when we arrived? And still wanted to charge us €6 euro for electricity & €1.5 a day to 10amp plus metered? That’s dodgy. The campsite is full of mosquitos from the stagnant water behind it, wifi you have to pay for when it drops out all the time, dangerous road out the front for push bikes and dog walking, showers are paid but only take a €0.50 coin so good luck if you don’t have one, water fill up point has no pressure and dribbles out slowly. The whole campsite was just a grumpy 60+ site, wouldn’t recommend for younger couples. There are fantastic sites in Netherlands, but this campsite completely missed the mark and just feels like a money grab at every opportunity possible.

Mi è piaciuto: The couple in charge are very helpful and always find a solution to every problem. The showers/toilets are clean. Farm animals nearby (chickens, ponys, ducks), a few amenities (playground) for children. The site is still under development, and will probably improve further in the future.

Non mi è piaciuto: Showers require coins to work (50c for 5 min), and the internet is charged extra for every device. No restaurant, shop or swimming pool. Relatively far from everything.
