Mi è piaciuto: Toilet/showers were very clean and the staff were lovely

Non mi è piaciuto: There wasn't enough Mating down on our pitch and this made it slightly difficult to get the van out after a night of rain that made the ground wet

Mi è piaciuto: Everything about the site. The staff were friendly and welcoming.. facilities were great. From the showers, to the back hind charging facilities.. they have thought of everything. The live music on the Saturday night was great.. great atmosphere. Loved it. Will definitely return.

Non mi è piaciuto: The wind lol.. nothing we can do about storms.. the price of being in such a beautiful part of the coast

Mi è piaciuto: This is a brilliant campsite - great location, very clear arrival instructions, lots of information around the campsite for things to do in the area, and where to get help if needed. The facilities were very clean and all staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had to change our dates at the last minute, and they still managed to fit us in during the run up to Easter weekend. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Mi è piaciuto: The staff were friendly and welcoming showers were regularly cleaned, it’s a simple site but it’s perfect. With the added addition of a bar now even better ☺️

Mi è piaciuto: Toilets very clean and staff very friendly and attentive. No problems with the dogs staying with their owners and all the dogs were happy with plenty of room to move. Campsite is split into dog friendy and dog free area so everyone is catered for.

Footpath at the bottom of the site to reach the beach over the road. To get to the beach you have to go over pebbles acting as a flood defence but on the far end there is an accessible area by the car park which also has very clean toilets.

New bar opened on site on Friday and I expect it to be very popular in the warmer weather.

Mi è piaciuto: The levelled off pitches on the slope were a real bonus as we had a fantastic sea view. The facilities were very clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Everyone else we met on site were also friendly and it had a good atmosphere.

Non mi è piaciuto: Not a dislike, but if you stay in a tent, be aware that the road is quite busy and we pitched up close to it, so obviously got woken up early!

Mi è piaciuto: Really good pitches, very close to the beach. Toilet and shower facilities were very clean. We will be coming again when the weather is warmer.

Non mi è piaciuto: More options for food would be great. With the pub closed due to fire, there is only one cafe. A small shop on site would be good.

Many thanks for the fab review. Our new takeaway cafe and bar will be opening May 2025 adjacent to the campsite. This will be licenced to sell alcohol too. We will also sell the essentials such as milk and toiletries.
