Questo campeggio tranquillo e ben curato è apprezzato per la sua splendida posizione sul lago Wimbleball, con facile accesso ai sentieri. Ospiti cordiali e disponibili. Servizi puliti, docce calde eccellenti, frigo/congelatore. Ideale per famiglie e chi cerca relax, ma poco segnale e negozi vicini.

Mi è piaciuto Brian was so welcoming, and an absolute lifesaver when our tent’s pump broke. He is an absolute gem. He entertained our children with bubbles and a quad bike ride or two.
The location is great for walks around the lake and to explore Exmoor.
A beautiful, quiet setting for a peaceful stay.

Mi è piaciuto Very well kept site, very clean showers and toilets, lovely hot and powerful showers. Use of freezer and fridge very helpful. The owners were very kind and helpful, really nice people. Loved the bubbles too!!! Literally a short path from the site brings you out to the lake, stunning views and very enjoyable walks. We loved having the fire pit and it was very reasonable £2 a day and £8 for a huge bag of wood, kindling and fire lighters. An absolute gem of a place and brilliant for water sports which we didn't do this time but would bring our paddle board next time. Loved watching the bats flying overhead at dusk and even though it was a bit cloudy, we had some stars!

Mi è piaciuto Lovely campsite, highly recommended! Only 6 pitches so small and friendly, clean facilities. Great location for walks and the activity centre. Thank you Brian we had a lovely stay.

Mi è piaciuto Very remote and quiet campsite. Ideally located if you like walking or watersports.
Brian is super welcoming and makes you feel comfortable straight away (he’s very good with kids too!). He’ll give you plenty of tips about what to do in the area.
The facilities are very well kept and include 3 toilets, 2 showers, and 2 dishwashing sinks... all of these for only 6 pitches! There’s also a freezer, fridge, and kettle for extra comfort.
Pitch sizes ensure privacy. Very close walking distance to the lake (2 min), dam (10 min), and activity centre (10 min).

Mi è piaciuto We had a great time at Wimbleball holidays this weekend. It's right next to the most beautiful lake where we spent the day paddle boarding (you need to buy a self launch pass from SW lakes which was £20 for 2 people for the day but definitely worth it). The facilities on site were ideal (shower, toilets, fridge, freezer, washing up facilities) which were all nearby no matter where you pitch your tent. It's only a small site but still private and peaceful, with lots of beautiful plants and animals (we saw a baby rabbit one day!) And the owners are friendly and really helpful. 100% will return!

Mi è piaciuto Everything from the amazing location to the friendliness of our host Brian. He made us feel very welcome from the first minute, provided lots of fun with bubbles and quad bike rides for my 7 yo son! The location by the lake is ideal and the facilities were clean. Hot and powerful showers and the use of the fridge were definite bonus! An address to remember for sure!

Mi è piaciuto The host was very helpful and friendly. The camping field and facilities where all well kept, and very peaceful. The sky on a cloud free night is amazing. Easy access to the path around the lake, dam, and other delightful exmoor walks.

Mi è piaciuto Beautiful place, it was raining when we stayed but it was lovely still. The bathrooms, and kitchens were very tidy. We enjoyed our stay, and hoping to get back next year so my brother can go fishing. 😊
