Newgale Campsite

A aimé Lovely views, great set up having the showers and wash room facilities. Staff were really pleasant and helpful

N'a pas aimé Very difficult getting on and off the beach as you need to climb over a hill of loose pebbles but its not a dislike to the campsite at all. The only dislike is not having the pub there anymore since it burnt down. OK there is a small cafe bar there but not the same.

Access to the beach is managed by the council, and we understand the pebbles can make it tricky at times, but we’re glad you still made the most of it. We also miss the old pub, but we’re happy our little café bar is able to provide a cosy spot on-site. Delighted you enjoyed your stay overall and we’d love to welcome you back again soon.

A aimé What an absolute treasure of a site.
Facilities were clean and accessible.
Pitch sizes were good.
The staff were wonderful - so helpful.
Coming back next year for a week - only stayed 3 nights and it was just not long enough.
The beach is a stone's throw away from the campsite.

A aimé Absolutely wonderful place to stay for my birthday wknd even with the bit of strong winds, facilities were all clean and great and the site is located perfectly for the sunsets and beach walks. The pebbles are too high to see the sea from the site and walking over them isn't so difficult...

A aimé It was a lovely site,with good and spotless amenities like the idea for freezer for ice blocks even though I forgot to get them back as my dog was not well so left early but very well run by staff carnt do enough for u ,go out of there way to help will b back next year

N'a pas aimé Only thing which isn't the sites fault is try to get to beach as I'm unsteady on leg as waiting for knee replacement

A aimé Absolutely loved it! It’s got everything you need and in a marvellous place, lots of lovely walks and gorgeous places to visit in short distance, definitely would go back.

A aimé Nice and clean site all areas were well looked after nice amount of space and lovely location close too beach. The little bistro bar attached was excellent as well

N'a pas aimé A bit exposed to the elements but as it is close to the beach something you have to factor in!

With the facilities, our toilets and showers are deep cleaned daily and checked regularly throughout the day. On especially busy weekends, they can get untidy quickly between cleans, but our team works hard to stay on top of it. Sorry to hear they weren’t at their best when you visited.
