A aimé : Everything. Absolutely perfect site.
Excellent size pitches, really nicely set out site didn't feel at all squashed in.
Everything was spotless. Tge showers were always warm and clean, again these we big cubicles.
The games room was a nice surprise with the pool table and vintage arcade games being free.
The children's park was great for my 8yr old.
All the staff we saw were friendly and very helpful, especially one of the male team members who supervised me hitching up as was my 1st time towing, I felt confident but always nice to have another set of eyes!.
I'd booked the entrance to Folly Farm at time of booking so essential paying for 1 visit but the following visits during our stay were free. Also the wristbands for the rides were half price so my daughter and myself certainly used them to full advantage.
We didn't venture off the site during our stay (friday-monday) as we found everything we wanted was there.
My daughter said that she had had the best holiday ever and didn't want to go home. So it's a 10/10 for everything from both of us.
Have already booked our next stay 🐵.

Sorry you were disappointed regarding the shop opening times, our staff are on site until 9pm and happy to be called to open the shop if needed but its a fine balance between having staff manning the shop out of main hours and having them out and about keeping the facilities clean and site well maintained. Thank you for your understanding.

A aimé : Spotlessly clean, great services, nice games room and little shop for convenience. Great large and level pitches. Kids loved folly farm too.

A aimé : Fantastic site, very large fully serviced pitches that are very well spaced apart so your not pitched on top of each other. Very clean toilets and a free well equipped games room that even my husband and teen enjoyed. Great little shop with everything you need and sat eating dinner listening to the animals at the park was a great bonus. We had such a great sta, we extended by a night as so central to what we needed and its very rare to find such a clean tidy and welcoming site in Feb. Thank you

Site immaculate
Everything working hot showers hairdryers clean paths empty bins.
Excellent site will return. Games room open for the kids which was great play park amazing. Shop adequately stocked for essentials. Easy to get in contact with staff of anything required, massive pitch sizes and the way pitches are laid out you are not directly overlooked by anyone.

N'a pas aimé: Poor WiFi signal, not essential but expected better as we were close to the mast.
Once the hedge rows are established there will be more shelter too as it is now the site is very exposed.
Steel hard standing pegs also essential as it's not just a few stones it's solid rock right the way into the ground pick axe might be useful!

A aimé : Lovely site. Toilet block was warm and clean with great showers. Pitches are huge and really well maintained. Fun little games room and an on site shop makes it even more fun. We could hear the lions at night which was awesome. Will defo stay again!!
