A aimé The surroundings, cleaningness, the opportunity of going by boat to York, the bathrooms with glass divisions, facility to book and information provided.

N'a pas aimé I liked everything. Maybe a bench/chair in the shower room would be nice. Wi-fi could be better.

We appreciate your helpful suggestions—adding a bench in the shower room is a great idea and we are continually considering improvements, and while the Wi-Fi is generally reliable, we’ll ask our technical team to ensure it’s working at its very best.

A aimé Really beautiful brand new facilities! Such a treat - felt more like a boutique hotel than a touring site.
Fantastic location on the riverside, very pretty walks right on site. Incredibly easy access from the A64.

N'a pas aimé Awkward pitch to get on/off with a caravan and staff were not contactable on arrival but all OK in the end.

We’re sorry the River Taxi wasn’t operating during your stay. It’s run by a trusted partner and provided as a service to both our guests and the local community. While we don’t control the schedule, it does operate more frequently during school holidays.
