A aimé Site looked good. Pitch sizes were good. Well kept site with no rubbish around and grass kept tidy. Play area on site. Friendly staff who go round during the day to make sure people are doing okay.

N'a pas aimé Electric hook ups were extension leads across the gravel into splitters which powered like 6 tents per 1 hookup. This caused numerous tripping and hot extension leads near tents.

Noisy neighbour campers. Playing loud music and shouting until 1.30am and no one to come round to tell them to be quiet.

N'a pas aimé Some of the children of the long term residents were causing chaos throwing stones, spitting and bullying in the park area which upset a lot of children, their relative did tell them off for doing it

A aimé Lovely clean site. Can’t fault the staff or cleanliness. The toilets and showers were always clean and always someone in cleaning them. Clean site

N'a pas aimé We went Wednesday-Friday. Only downfall was there was no food or entertainment during our time. Would have expected a bit more with it being the summer holidays

A aimé The woods close by for a walk. 10 minutes drive to Scarborough town which is a lovely day out.

N'a pas aimé Not a whole lot to do. Definitely catered better for caravans rather than tents. Where the electric tent section was it’s a bit of a walk at night to use the toilet. Has a small playground for kids otherwise that’s it. Wouldn’t recommend for families. Unable to load photos

A aimé Great ground, good area to walk dogs. Toilet block and showers nice and clean. Powerful and hot showers. Good play park for kids.

N'a pas aimé Had to pay 20p per 2 minutes for showers. (But showers were good). Entrance to toilet block further away for campers in tents compared to those in caravans.

A aimé Really Great sized pitches on a well maintained park. Our caravan isn’t the smallest at 8ft wide and 8m long plus awning and we had more than enough space! Having read some recent reviews I was concerned about how loud or clean things would be but honestly I didn’t need to worry at all. Showers are 20p for 2 minutes and they were always hot and clean. 2 minutes in those showers was more than enough to clean a full sized adult or two small kids with time to spare. We stayed Sunday to Friday and the latest we heard any noise from outside was 10pm. May be different Friday/Saturday nights but for us it was perfect and quieter than other sites we’ve stayed on where you’d have noise til nearly midnight.
Toilets and showers always clean and plenty of hot water no matter the time of day.
No wifi but phone signal brilliant so not a problem at all unless you’re restricted on data usage. We managed to watch Netflix better than our home WiFi!

N'a pas aimé No shop on site but not a million miles from anything so no problem for us. Access road can be narrow and is relatively steep but having frequented the farm 20 years ago it is vastly improved to how I remember it!

A aimé This was a really nice site, pub open daily from 4 & the food at wkds was outstanding quality.
I absolutely loved the peacocks roaming freely.
Showers are so good I didn't want to get out. Was well worth having to pay 20p per 2mins.
Spacious pitches
Friendly owners at hand if needed
Park was brill for my grandson.

N'a pas aimé Toilets... they were disgusting, the lack of respect for others using them was so bad.
Not the owners fault though.
I had to clean it every time I went.
Maybe in the hut toilet a built in bin & some cleaning products (although they might get pinched)
Maybe have a little shop selling the essentials so we don't have to go offside for them

A aimé Lovely scenic site, helpful and friendly owners and staff, great location for getting to Scarborough and surrounding areas, shops a short drive away, clean and well kept facilities - toilets, showers.
There is a also a bar and entertainment at the weekend, as well as food served at the weekends.

N'a pas aimé Sometimes a little loud on weekends late into the evening.
