Camping Les Vergers De Squividan

Me gustó: Great site 10 minute walk along a quiet lane to a wide sandy beach. Plenty of shade and large pitches providing privacy.

No me gustó: Shower block and toilets are unisex. Also no toilet paper provided - reminded me of camping in France 30 years ago!

Me gustó: We arrive about 12noon (arrivals are from 12) and whilst reception was closed at that time, they leave your pitch details on the door, so we were able to settle in.
The pitches themselves all look pretty flat but some are closer together than others.
The site was lovely and quiet in the evenings, even though it was fully booked during our stay.
Due to the time of year though, the demand on the toilets and showers often exceeded supply and we had to queue for the loo and showers a few times.

The toilets and showers (both unisex) are cleaned daily. Water was always nice and hot.

There is a daily bread/pastry delivery, but make sure you add your name to the list by the specified time.

In the height of summer they have visiting good vans(Mon, Tues, Thurs I think) - 1) mussels/frites, 2) burger style van 3) crepes (these were lovely, but be prepared for a wait -he's popular).

There's mention of a shop (in reception) but I wouldn't recommend relying on this for your essentials - make sure to stock up before you get there! (It's also only open during reception hours, so you're out of luck if you wanted an ice cream between about 10.30 and 16.00!)

The location is great - about 10mins walk is one of the loveliest beaches I've been to. Sandy, clear water and really big. Even on a weekend in August it didn't feel overcrowded!

Me gustó: Very clean site, we had a nice big partly shaded pitch, friendly staff, short walk to a clean, white sandy beach. Facilities kept clean throughout the day. Lovely nature reserve for bird watching near beach. Good location for visiting other areas, like Guilvinec fishing harbour (went there several times to watch trawlers bring in their fish). Lovely town. Nice Sunday market there too.

No me gustó: At first we disliked the fact there were no toilet rolls provided and that the facilities were shared between females and males, but after a day or 2, we soon got used to it. It wasn't a big issue at all.

Me gustó: Lovely peaceful and relaxing site..
toilets and showers spotless.. a good size heated pool was a gem..pitches were scattered and different shapes and very private due to the trees and bushes surrounding them.. great for dog walking and close to the beach..

Me gustó: A beautifully kept site, quiet with excellent access to the sandy beach within walking distance. Toilet/shower block was extremely clean and the washing machine came in handy. Owners extremely helpful and upon arrival you were given a map indicating the vacant pitches so you could take your pick. We walked to Lesconil, the neighbouring town, using the coastal path and were amazed by the spectacular views. Perfect for cycling too as all on the level. Sand Martyn’s were nesting along the beach so ideal if you’re a bird watcher.

Me gustó: Lovely big grassy pitches, we could choose where to pitch. Heated indoor pool open from 2pm to 7pm, a fabulous bonus and lovely and warm water. Being there in May it was quiet and sometimes had the pool to ourselves. Well organised on arrival, a note for us on the door because reception not open all day when it's quiet, welcoming us and for us to choose a pitch and go back to reception when it was open. Just a lovely well loved and well looked after site.

No me gustó: Not the sites fault. Just a bit disappointed that the nearest beach down the lane has lost its access onto the beach due to erosion. It would be good to be advised of this by the site and re directed to the next closest which isn't much further just turn left at the little T junction instead of right.

Me gustó: Camping calme, avec de grands espaces bien entretenu. À proximité de la plage.
Les sanitaires sont propres.
Le propriétaire est sympa.

No me gustó: Pas assez de douche pour un camping.
Penser à prendre votre papier toilette avant d'aller aux wc.
La piscine est vraiment petite
Et beaucoup trop de produit on a vite les yeux qui pique.

Me gustó: Beautifully laid out site set in an orchard surrounded by apple trees. Uber clean facilities, views of the sea and just a lovely spot.
