Me gustó Everything. The views…STUNNING! The family room….FANTASTIC! The toilet/showers…clean and tidy, shower a little hot, but did the job. Washing up facilities perfect! Shop onsite had all the essentials, although we didn’t need anything. Absolutely wonderful place and would 100% stay again!

Me gustó Wir waren für eine Nacht im Oktober mit unserem Wohnmobil zu Gast. Der Camping Platz liegt direkt am Loch Lomond und hatten eine wunderschöne Sicht auf den See. Der Stellplatz an sich ist echt top und mit kleinen Bäumen umgeben, damit man für sich ist. Das Personal ist super lieb und der Check In war unglaublich unkompliziert. Die Sanitäranlagen sind ebenfalls gut ausgestattet und sauber. Würden aufjedenfall gerne wieder herkommen!!! :)

No me gustó WLAN kostet leider, aber immerhin gibt es welches. (Kostet nur £3 pro 24/H)

Me gustó Great facilities, pitches were perfect, facilities were spotlessly clean. Area was beautiful and we were very lucky with the weather.
Staff were lovely and helped.
We loved it so much we have booked again.

Me gustó Nice n easy to find pitch have warm toilets n showers nice site great views of the loch stayed 4 times nows nice stop over fully serviced pitch and this time probably because time of year 20 a night stayed sept 30th

Staff on site friendly and helpful.

No me gustó Only one shower for male and one for female. One toilet for males and two for females.

Me gustó Unfortunately we arrived a day earlier than planned. Phoned up and asked if there was any chance if we could move our paid leave one day forward. Before I could say anything else I was informed that they were fully booked and that wouldn’t be an option. The place didn’t look that busy so we went online and there was still 3 pitches available for that day for Motorhomes that we could have booked there and then if we wanted too but because she lied we decided to go elsewhere and give someone else our money!

No me gustó The next day when we should have gone to this site we decided to go home instead, as we were at the end of our tour and she had left a bitter taste in my mouth. Check in was from 2pm still 5pm. It was only at 5:40pm when we received an email for the gate entrance code to get in. Every other place that we had been to in the last 3 weeks had been amazing. So I can’t give feedback on the actual place and its amenities .

Since reading your review, I have personally checked our availability for the date in question. I can confirm there were no pitches available, and our receptionist was not lying. We are unsure why the system appeared to show spaces online at that moment, but I can assure you there was no actual availability to move your booking forward by a day.
It’s also important to note that, even if there had been space, moving a booking forward is not something we are normally able to do. Exceptions can occasionally be made in truly exceptional circumstances, but this was not the case here.
I understand how this may have caused frustration, and I appreciate you raising it so we can continue to monitor both our booking system and communication to ensure clarity for guests.

No me gustó Only 1 shower and one toilet pan
Definitely needs more than 1 shower and toilet for must be 10 touring spaces if average 2 people per ban

With regard to the facilities, we find that our single shower and toilet generally meet the needs of guests, as our site is intentionally kept small and peaceful to preserve the atmosphere many people come here for. Most visitors tell us they appreciate the simplicity and tranquility of the setup.

No me gustó Poor facilities; only 1 shower/wc for 14 pitches. No free Wi-Fi. Poor tv reception. Untidy pitch.
