Me gustó: We chose a quiet week, after the bank holiday so only three other families there. Facilities are clean and location is perfect for a short walk into the village centre for amenities.

Me gustó: Lovely site, toilets and showers very clean and even had shower gel in them. Small kitchen with freezer kettle and washing up facilities. Pitches are lovely and flat
Well maintained
Alan very friendly and helpful
Didn’t spot the wifi so can’t comment

No me gustó: Didn’t see the motorhome chemical disposal point.

Me gustó: Small size site so not to busy, facilities well maintained , Alan was very friendly and welcoming. Very well priced.

Me gustó: Alan, the site owner was friendly & helpful. Toilets & showers were clean. A lovely location, walking distance to supermarket, town & countryside. Short drive to many beaches & towns. No noise from traffic on site which is rare. Spacious pitches which are all level.

No me gustó: The site was long & narrow, if full there would have been no space for the children to play apart from an area at the end of the campsite. We were also concerned that when full the two toilets & three showers would not be sufficient (there was a portaloo at the opposite end of site).
As it happened not all the pitches were taken so queuing for the loo only happened a couple of times.

* 5 minutes walk into village centre
* Village full of excellent shops
* Countryside Centre and Museum
* Great road free cycling
* Lovely showers... Everything you need for facilities. Small, but well thought out.
* Big well marked out square pitches

Me gustó: What a fantastic little campsite! Initially, we had whittled it down to 2 choices, we went with this one and were not disappointed.

It's a small campsite which is good. It has lovely hot showers and a small toilet block (with hand basins and soap), also a very small library underneath the table. A kitchen sink so you can wash up and a table top freezer. It also has a little area with goals for football.

Alan came around every morning and is as friendly as everyone states he is, asks about your plans and what you did the day before, he's a lovely man.

Literally right next door to the cricket club, you can watch most of it from your tent! Drinks there are very reasonably priced.

The village is lovely and a short walk away, topless buses into Croyd which is a beautiful town. Lots of walks on the doorstep.

I would definitely recommend this site and will come back again.

Me gustó: The campsite was in an excellent location close to beaches, coast path walks and cycling on the Tarka trail. It’s a small site so was quiet but had all the facilities you need. Alan who owns the campsite was welcoming and always on hand, nothing was too much trouble. The site is next to the local cricket club which Alan invited us to visit. They serve cheap drinks and lovely pizzas. Would highly recommend.
