Me gustó: We really enjoyed our stay here. The field is huge, and for the first two nights we had it to ourselves. We had two dogs and they loved the wide open spaces. The estate has loads of great walks and some love forested areas to explore. There is a pub a short walk away in Bislington, and Ashford is about 5 miles away.

The facilities are basic, but clean. Two porta-potties and a wooden shed with a gas shower. The shower is rustic, but worked great - good pressure and nice and warm! Only the one though if the site got busy. And if you camp at the far end of the field, it would be a trek to the shower and loos!

The owner was friendly and helpful and was on site every day.

There is no site Wifi, but the 4G was excellent in the field.

No me gustó: Nothing really. There is a slope up to the right of the field, which was a bit of a challenge for our old and heavy camper to get up the day we had loads of rain.

Me gustó: Lovely quiet field. Very handy for Le Shuttle. Clean basic facilities.

Me gustó: Nice and quiet and plenty of shaded areas to camp in the hot weather.
Family Pub with great food within 5 minutes walk. Will visit again soon.

Me gustó: Fabulous, idyllic location.
The facilitates are very basic. It’s almost wild camping, but fine if you know what to expect.
Excellent pub (White Horse) just a few minutes walk away, serves great food until 8.30 and beer until later!

No me gustó: Nothing. It probably helped that the weather was great. Also, the facilities are very basic, so be fully prepared or that.

Me gustó: Quiet field. Plenty of space. Close to Channel Tunnel.

No me gustó: The facilities were awful. Two portaloos with no water to wash hands. They smelt very badly as well. The shower was in a wooden shed-it did not work at all- no gas and/ or water. We tried to contact the owners but had no joy. We decided to move on as the facilities were so bad.

Me gustó: Absolutely fantastic, flat pitch on a huge field that I had to myself the first night. A wonderful 3 night stay in the peace of the Kent countryside.

Me gustó: Convenient for were we wanted to visit walk across fields to nice village pub with excellent food and friendly staff

No me gustó: Very slopey field poor toilets and toilet cleanliness very rustic shower with no instructions
