Me gustó: Great location, so many things to do nearby. Lovely scenery and the huts were very nice and clean with lots of lovely little details.

Me gustó: Very warm welcome from the owner. Lovely shepherds hut one working sheep farm. Well equipped accommodation with lovely little bathroom with excellent shower. Kitchen unit with microwave, kettle and sink. No fridge but we brought a small plug in chiller with us. Tea, coffee and longline milk were provided, also good selection of crockery and utensils. Peaceful location. Comfy bed with all bed linen provided. Perfect stay.

Me gustó: When I read the reviews I thought nothing is that good - it wasn’t it was so much more than good. What a friendly welcome felt like visiting family. I had to take a call just as was chatting to lovely lady so my husband was given some ideas a map and a few leaflets etc so we could make the most of our stay. The honeypot was so quaint and the finishing touches made it very homely. Everything we needed such as tea coffee sugar and milk was waiting for us. A very quiet place not far from anywhere and as the only people staying this weekend we had sheep for company. Despite the weather being unpredictable we managed to have an afternoon cup of tea and cake sat on the bench outside in a little private suntrap at the back of the hut. With a later morning check out unlike most places meant even our leaving was at a leisurely pace.

Me gustó: Couldn't fault anything, hut was spotless & really well presented. Lovely setting & thoughtful host, some toys & games provided for the kids. Would definitely stay again.

Me gustó: What a lovely hidden gem! We stayed here whilst visiting for Seaglass hunting at Seaham which was only 10 minutes drive away. The beautiful hut was spotless and had everything we needed and more. The double bed was so comfortable. Three of us stayed here and it didn’t feel cramped at any point. Stunning views outside of the hut, perfect for a bbq on the evening watching the sunset. Linda and Jimmy were so welcoming, it felt like we were staying with family :) Linda even sent us home with some of her homegrown tomatoes which was very kind. We will definitely stay again and 100% recommend to anyone considering booking! :)

Me gustó: Just home from an amazing weekend away for our anniversary, everything was perfect from start to finish. Beautiful location, very private but not too far away from local village or bus routes (non driver) plenty of walks to explore.
Décor was beautiful and very cozy.
Welcoming from moment I collected the keys 😁
We will definitely be back

Me gustó: We had a lovlely experience here for a long weekend in July. The host was very welcoming and accomodating, as well as being knowledgeable with recommendations for local walks and pubs (go to the blue house for some good pub grub!). The hut is nicely decorated and very cosy, with excellent surroundings. I'd strongly recommend.

Me gustó: A lovely, very clean Shepherds Hut in a peaceful location. Our host Linda was super friendly and helpful - nothing would be too much trouble for her. We'd definitely recommend & would love to pay a return visit.
