Dean House Campsite

Me gustó: What a find! A lovely quiet campsite set well away from the noisy Lincolnshire roads, yet only half an hour into Lincoln City centre.
Nice large pitches in a field on the owners smallholding. Excellent bathroom facilities and spotlessly clean, plenty of hot water and a large washing up sink.

Sue and Fred are very lovely hosts, chatty but not intrusive, the animals are also lovely!

Excellent cycling from the door, especially if you like gravel riding. Only a few km from the Water Rail trail and from the endless bridleways on the Wolds.

Me gustó: A gem of a find perfect location to get out and about in the area for walking, cycling or by car to nearby villages and the coast.
An ideal setting to get away from it all. If you want peace and quiet this is the place. An occasional chicken may wander nearby but they were more inquisitive and definitely no problem.
Facilities were spot on and very clean. Plenty of hot water for showers and washing pots.
It felt like home away from home ……although I don’t live in a tent in a field at home;))

Me gustó: Brilliant little campsite behind a small farm feels like your in the middle of no where fab facilities great not having to cue for toilet and showers handy for lincoln Mablethorpe and Skegness loved the little chickens that roam around 😀 also the cats and the friendly inquisitive sheep and watching the horse grazing from our tent so peaceful

No me gustó: Only thing that spoilt our sleep on our last night was the farmer in another field doing some work till 1am in the morning was very noisy but not the campsite owners fault life in the country I guess

Me gustó: Absolute fantastic experience at this back to basic campsite , if you want piece and quiet and fresh air this is the place to be , very clean toilets and shower block , washing up facilities and clean fresh water , the owners Sue and Fred are lovely very friendly and even fixed the boiler for us straight away no fault off there's think it got water logged , we had a two night stay here and loved every minute off it , so if your wanting a chill out holiday this is the place too come Absolute fantastic place 😀

Me gustó: Fantastic grass field with very clean facilities. Owners very friendly and accommodating. Location easy to find and would definitely recommend for quiet getaway!

Me gustó: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dean House Campsite. It is the perfect place to recharge your batteries in a peaceful and tranquil setting. We liked that thr fact that it is a basic, small site where you can get back to nature. The shower and toilet facilities are clean and convenient. The site owner was very welcoming and couldn't have been more accommodating. Great value for money.

Me gustó: Peace and quiet, lovely location for a weekend break. Friendly hosts, clean & excellent facilities, and the bonus of some lovely farm animals!
