Able to take dog into restaurant which is always a big plus for us.

Me gustó: Level pitches but a bit on the small side,next door had 2cars parked & so very close to our awning ! Clean showers & toilets & lovely & warm in there…liked the music playing to…lakes looked well kept & bar & restaurant was friendly.food was ok.

No me gustó: Signs every where to keep dogs on leads & to clean up after your dog,as it should be…except when we arrived on our pitch there was a big pile of poo,that looked like it was from a Great Dane 😡that should have been spotted & got up before we arrived,even better the people on the pitch before us should never left it there in the first place ! Also went to put rubbish in one of the big bins & there was a rat in there that scurried back down in the bin when I lifted the lid,made me jump out my skin 😳

*All guests sign a disclaimer to say that they agree to our dog rules. Had we been made aware of dogs on site without a lead, we could of dealt with this issue straight away.
*All pitches are checked by our maintenance for dog mess. This may have happened after the checks had been done by a dog staying on the park.
*Our bins are emptied regular and we have rat control measures in place around the park however, we are rural and they do come from surrounding fields and woodlands etc.

Me gustó: Lovely site with beautiful fishing lakes. Even though we don't fish nice to walk around.
Nice and friendly check-in and warm welcome. Spacious pitch and absolutely spotless shower and toilet block. Having the restaurant on site was so convenient as we were meeting up with family and friends. Lots of great walks and the Viking way very nice views. We will definitely return.

No me gustó: Only that WIFI wasn't very good.

We are in a rural location and weather/wind can have an effect on the WIFI. The wifi that we use on the park is suitable for daily use but for things like live streaming or downloading it would not be strong enough for this.

Me gustó: Everything about the site it was clean and well maintained the toilets and showers were immaculate.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. We ate in the restaurant twice and was very impressed with what we had in fact to be honest it was too big a portion for us but I know our son would have been quite happy with it.

Me gustó: Everything! lovely quiet and clean site. Everyone was lovely from staff to other people staying.
Great if you enjoy fishing.
Toilet and shower facilities are excellent.
Food at restaurant outstanding value for money big portions
