- The toilets and showers, warm shower, really clean and the design of the bathrooms is lovely
- Quiet
- All the animals!!
- Lovely woodland to explore

Thank you so much for sharing your experience I love the photos! The pigs are my favourite as they get so excited to say hello. We are looking to plant more bluebells this September too and your more than welcome to come up and help if you like or come along again next year and see even more blue in the woods.

The Bathrooms are something the owner loves to be creative with, you can even find an episode of Small Spaces where he is featured for building a cool space in a trailer.

Me gustó: Our first experience camping and we will definitely be back. very relaxed atmosphere and the staff were really helpful.

No me gustó: Very hard ground, steep slopes, no firewood available to buy on site (being picky here!)

We do have wood available for free, I'm so sorry if you were unable to locate it. On your next visit we will be sure to show you where you can find some wood to enjoy your fire.

Me gustó: A lot of room, luckily there wasn’t many other people so plenty of space to set up. Lots of good trails, geocaching and the animals on the farm are really cute. Lovely pub really close by. Also town is close by for emergency shop runs. Toilets are really nice and clean (by one of the best I’ve seen). Will definitely be coming back!!

No me gustó: I’d suggest putting something on the toilet doors to let others know it’s being occupied. Only way to know is if the doors are open which sometimes they weren’t. Apart from that, very happy!

I will tell the on site team about the toilets as they work really hard and having positive feedback makes it all worth while! Me gustó: We loved the amount of space. The kids got to roam around independently and were completely safe. We also loved all the animals, especially the dogs!! The owners were very available and extremely helpful. Also, only being a short walk from The Royal Standard of England was a nice surprise.

No me gustó: The showers were a bit unreliable (I had a cold shower after the first night)
Also, 3 toilets - while very nice - aren’t enough for so many potential campers.

We are so blessed to have amazing animals who mostly like to say hello. We agree with you about the Royal Standard backing onto the farm is such a blessing and a fascinating place to visit.

We are so sorry you didn't get a hot shower, we have been talking about how we can best ensure that everyone has a fair amount of time in the shower but are yet to find the best answer for this.

Me gustó: The place is lovely. Frankie the owner is a very nice chap always happy to help with any questions you might have. The best part of the experience was all the animals that you get to see around the farm. Horses, sheep, goats, pigs and there’s also the dogs of the farm which are very friendly, my puppy had a blast with them. The facilites in the campsite are amazing. You get flushable toilets which my wife always enjoys and the showers were very nice. Everything very clean and spot on. Can’t really fault the place really would 100% recommend and will definitely visit again.

Maybe in your next visit the alpaca may have come up closer to the camping, they are currently at the other side of the farm as they have a very little baby with them.

Having feedback in the toilets really does help on both aspects, the team member who has taken on the toilets is really grateful when people notice their efforts. We also agree that additional toilets need to be one of the points of growth.

- The easy access and pitching
- The availability of firewood
- The clean toilet and shower facilities

No me gustó: - The tracks and walking paths were very rough and could be hazardous if you are unsteady on your feet or have young children/a small car
- The bin facilities were full and smelly, and need emptying more regularly

No me gustó: Loose dogs on site running to other people's camps and to their dogs causing some issues
