Pitches

• A cable measuring at least 5 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.

Changes to your holiday

• Changes cannot be made once you have booked.

Dogs

• Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a €200,00 (R4 314,60) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required within 0 days of arrival and will be refunded within 0 day(s) of departure after inspection of your unit, should no damage/losses be found.
• Hired accommodation: €200,00 (R4 314,60) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.

Reception

• If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Extras

• Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Safety

• No charcoal barbecues allowed.

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

• No vehicle movement between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m..

• Please note that the shower facilities are unisex.

• Reception is closed from noon to 3 p.m.. No arrivals are permitted between these times.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. between 01/07 and 31/08 and between 01/05 and 30/06.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. between 01/09 and 30/09.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to noon and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. between 01/05 and 30/06.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to noon and from to between 01/07 et 31/08.
• Reception is unmanned after 7 p.m.. Please inform the site while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.

Hired accommodation

• The damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit required on arrival can only be paid for in cash.

General

• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Dogs

• The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
• The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

General

• The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
• This is a quiet site: no music is allowed.

Arrivals and departures

• Units will be allocated on arrival.

• Unsupervised minors must have a letter of authorisation from their parents or legal guardian.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy, a fine of €50,00 (R1 078,65) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
