What customers say

This park boasts clean grounds and loads of activities, great for families. Staff are super friendly and helpful, with awesome facilities like the pool. Pitches are spacious. Most folks love it and will be back, though a few felt some bits needed updating and noted noise or higher food/activity prices.

Meadows electric grass touring pitch

Liked Entertainment was very good. Staff polite

Disliked Portion of chips from chippy expensive for what you get. Disappointed with sat night bingo went to join the line to buy ticket to be told line was shut, was only 7pm so probably needed another member of staff to help with ticket sales. Serving staff in entertainment little to keen to take glasses I lift half a glass of my drink as it was taken before I even noticed and I saw another woman have to grab hers back before they took it. Neighbours in van next to us kept driving over the grass to get to their pitch which meant them driving over our cables everytime

Meadows electric grass touring pitch (large)

Liked The site and facilities were lovely and very clean. There was only us and another caravan that arrived the same day. The staff were friendly when you saw them.

Disliked We didn't get much sleep as the caravan opposite got raided by police 2 nights on the run. Although this is not the fault of the caravan park no one came to speak to us to apologise for the disturbance and see if we were ok. When we spoke to reception they said if Police needed to be on site there is nothing they can do. Not the point, where is your Customer care?

Warren electric grass touring pitch

Liked We never previously stayed on site and anything was OK. Good level pitches for grass. Facilities are older but perfectly clean and usable. Site has a good holiday park entertainment and a cracking pool etc. Plenty to do in Towyn it's self.

Disliked Parkdean cancelled this times booking due to a soulus event and thd park being fully booked out by the group. It took me weeks to get a refund off them and hours on the phone. We booked in January for a weekend in October at a bargain price of £43 for 3 nights on an electric pitch (maybe that was the issue) would book again as site is fine but would leave it till last minute.

Meadows electric grass touring pitch (large)

Liked Good customer service, toilets and showers very clean and appreciate the 16 amp hook up. I prefer this time of year as it is much quieter but that's just a sign of my age.

Disliked Not the owners fault but I can't stand the lazy, shameless people who don't clean up after their pets. Keep to the paths when walking around.
