No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.- Reception is unmanned after 6 p.m.. Please inform the site while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.
- At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
- If making a fire, the fuel, logs and coal have to be purchased on site.
- Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
- Groups of 5 or more people under the age of 25 are not permitted. From 01 April to 30 September, the produce shop is open 8am - 6pm Tuesday to Thursday, 8am - 7pm Friday and Saturday, 8am - 2pm Sunday, closed Monday. From 01 October to 31 March it is open 10am - 4pm Tuesday to Saturday, closed Sunday and Monday.

Liked Very friendly staff, great facilities and the farm shop was a great bonus for picking up extra drinks, local produce and long lasting firewood.
Disliked Old and previous fire pits that had been lit directly ground scattered all over the field made it hard for a suitable group pitch in tents. Also, mall bits of rubbish like bottle caps, plastic and cigarette butts found in around the field.

Due to being woken up really early, we won’t be staying again.

Liked The showers as lovely and have proper taps and renovable heads (no push buttons)
Disliked Being woken up at 6am to the big bins being emptied (which sit between the two fields). I’m sure this happened both mornings (Sunday and bank holiday Monday).

Liked Absolutley loved staying my daughters first time and she now has the camping bug, onsite toilets and showers, farm shop being able to go on walks and see some of the wildlife and animals on the farm

Liked Really open field with lots of choice for pitchup. Lovely shop with really kind shop owner. Really nice to able to light a fire. Everyone was quiet after 10pm or so.

Liked We were able to choose where we wanted to pitch. There was a choice of two fields. The toilets and showers were lovely, plenty of them and very clean. There is also a shop on site. The site was also on a network of good walks

Disliked Travelled by bicycle with a small tent, a picnic table, maybe wit a roof, would have been a nice to have. Curfew 1 hour earlier would also be
