Electric grass pitch
Liked: Very generous, level pitches with the sweetest neighbours imaginable right next to our tent (see picture!). The site owners were lovely and not only gave us a tour of the farm where we met the rare breed cows and sheep (hello Steve!), we were also invited to feed the lambs. We also loved the little woodland area which is full of bluebells at the moment. Shower/toilet facilities are great with plenty of space and, although we didn't use it, there is a lovely bar area on site too.
The Kings Head in Sutton Valence is about a 30 mins walk from the site and can be accessed almost completely by public footpaths. The staff are very welcoming and the food is really good.
Disliked: Leaving!

Non-electric grass pitch
Liked: Norman the site owner and Guy the manager both really friendly and helpful. Lovely to stay on a working farm with rare breeds and lambs. Clean facilities. Lovely hot showers. Great views over the farm. Lovely sunset. Dog friendly with lovely walk in bluebell woods.
Disliked: Not much really! Adult only and no Wifi if that bothers you. We had a non-electric grass pitch which felt quite off grid but hardstanding/electric available.

Electric gravel and hardstanding pitch
Liked: We stayed over New Year so cold and frosty. Adding charm to the scenery. The location is magnificent with fully serviced pitches. The site is a fully functioning working farm with rare breeds.
Site Manager Guy gave us a warm welcome and a thorough tour of the farm and the facilities.
We parked up next to the 5 acre wood and had a treat with the Pheasants and wild birds on view.
We only stayed for one night as we were on the way home but will definitely be staying again for longer.
Adults only site.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike apart from having to leave Roundoak Farm!
