With spacious grass pitches set amongst beautiful fishing lakes, it’s the ideal place to switch off, relax, and enjoy the outdoors. Campers have access to on-site toilet and shower facilities for added comfort during their stay. And when you're ready for a bite to eat or a hot drink, the Cottington Lakes Café is just a short walk away, serving up hearty meals, light bites, and refreshments—all with a view of the water. Facilities/activities including fishing are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.
The bar and/or restaurant is open between 02/01 et 30/12.
Bookings must not be for more than 30 consecutive nights.
Reception is unmanned after 5 p.m.. Please inform the site while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.
Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
Swimming in the lake is not allowed.

Admission

All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.

Changes to your holiday

Bookings cannot be amended within 14 day(s) of arrival.

General

Bookings must not be for more than 30 consecutive nights.

Dogs

Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

Extras

Facilities/activities including fishing are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.

Safety

Firearms are not permitted.
Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.

General

In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

Safety

Open fires are prohibited.
Please do not touch or feed the animals.

General

Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.

Reception is unmanned after 5 p.m.. Please inform the site while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.

Swimming in the lake is not allowed.

The bar and/or restaurant is open between 02/01 et 30/12.
The fishing lakes are stocked with carp,catfish, tench, bream.
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
